This room was not booked directly with the hotel, which I didn't know. It is done with an agent (even though it is advertised as the hotel). Once you get there and try to check in with the hotel, then you find out that in fact, you have to go to another tower, find the agent and get it from them. The agents then try to get more money by asking you to pay for 16% tax (rip off, don't pay it). The rooms are privately owned, which means that the hotel hosemaids do not take care of your room. The agents have people that come at random hours of the day to bring toilet paper if needed, fix the bed, and put clean towels. That's it. Toiletries are not provided, the room didn't have an iron or ironing board, the bed is old, etc. Because the rooms are time shares, the owners are responsible for the maintenance, not the hotel. I was so upset and dissapointed with myself for not realizing that this room or apartment was not booked directly from the hotel. Please be carefull. Call the hotel to confirm your reservation. If the hotel cannot confirm it, it is because your reservation is with agents.
