Under staffed. Had to take out the luggages myself. A help with the trolly man should help. Otherwise good for short stay. Just above D’pulze shopping mall. You can bring your shopping bags in a trolly upto your room which was awesome.

Stayed here few times. Easy access to shopping and food. Good facility. Value for money. Would highly suggest housekeeping department to look at dusting the fan and the lighting area of the bed head panel and also sweeping the floor.

Even the packed breakfast is nice. Just the parking share with dpulze mall so initially quite difficult to find a spot at 5pm due to many other cars.

Housekeeping needs significant improvement. Make up for the opposite room was 3.00pm but till 4.30pm, my room was still unattended. A request was done at 4.30pm at the reception. Another reminder was done at 6.00pm, also at the reception. Eventually, the room make up was only done at 6.30pm. I believe it took too long for a wait.

When I booked the hotel, it was for Fox lite, then I received an email stating that its upgraded to Citadines. When I went to the hotel after a long day of work to check in, to my surprise i was told that there is no booking on my name. Despite me giving my itinerary number, and showed the email that I received, I had to wait close to 30 minutes for the receptionist to sort out my room. The bathroom wasn't all that clean. If Fox lite is unable to accommodate the guests due to renovation, they shouldn't be selling the rooms online. overall, its an unpleasant experience for me.

3 Days 2 Night Stay at Citadines Apartment Hotel
Free upgrade to Citadines Apartment Hotel due to FOX Lite Hotel is under renovation. Everything is good. Except bathroom is a bit smelly. Suspected coming from the drainage pipe. Out of 3 lifts, only one is working. Hopefully management can improve on this lifts issue.

Very convenient as it's located in the mall. For me, it's so easy to find good restaurants to eat. But, in term of room furnishings, there's no fridge to store drinks and food. No dustbin in the room. You can only find a small one in the bathroom. Other than this, everything is perfect.
