Have stayed many times before... Despite this... Hotel staff asked us to double pay for the room because they had lost the email from Hotels.com... This process took 1 hour (at 11:40 pm). Then.. they told us they didn't have the room we booked anyway.. Asked us to pay the upgrade.. When I complained.. They told me it wasn't their problem, call Hotels.com.. So I did, from the desk. Hotels.com did a good job of sorting it out, despite the hotel being difficult, Hotels.com refunded the extra money we paid to upgrade... Not the hotel..
All this.. and we were regulars there...
The rooms are quite good for what they are.. clean and all. But this experience left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth...
