HOTEL YANG HEBAT TETAPI MASIH PERLU DITAMBAH BAIK
Saya amat berpuas hati dengan keseluruhan perkhidmatan hotel ini. Cuma kemudahan wifi dalam bilik tidak mesra pengguna dan susah untuk connect. Justeru selama 6 hari menginap, saya tidak dapat gunakan wifi percuma ini. Siaran rancangan TV juga tidak hebat seperti hotel lain. Perlu perbanyakan lagi movie terkini. Kualiti set TV yang digunakan juga kurang baik.

Location is excellent for shopping. Would be better if more rooms for 3 adults are available. I only manage to get 2 single beds so it's not so comfortable.

This hotel is not a place to stay for 5 nights like we did- more 1 night stays. There is no pool and if you don’t mind loud rock bands playing music not far from the hotel in the street until 1am and fireworks at 2 am then the hotel is great. It is right in the heart of the very busy area of Bukit Bintang. The room was clean and modern though not especially large. I don’t think I will be staying again.

Great value for Bukit Bintang area. Location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything with mrt just accross the hotel. Excellent service from the staff. Arrived early on a Saturday and they allowed me to check in early and even gave me a room upgrade. I requested for a late check out the next day and they were happy to comply. Very happy with the overall service. Even their house keeping staff greated us with a smile when they saw us. Aircon in room wasn't cold enough though but it was still bearable. Parking on site was limited and tight and a bit dark. Overall very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend.

Worst hotel service ever
The room was not prepared five and a half hours after the check-in time. The staff just told me to wait. I couldn't even go to dinner and just waited nearby. As for the room, the bathtub was not cleaned, room service did not answer the phone, and the last order time had passed and I could not eat. And the hotel says it doesn't guarantee anything. The worst hotel ever.

My staycation
I chose this hotel because of location very convenient. I got some problem during my stay about the A/C, even already checked with maintenance but still warm. Not to much facilities provided. The hotel will be awesome if have a swimming pool or bathtub for relaxing in the room and cafe or f&b.

Comfy hotel, great location.
Room 1111 was offered to me as a newly renovated which I accepted despite the high floor. Room was good, but unfortunately the space between the kettle/fridge cabinet and the sharp squared corner of the end of the bed was narrow. I ended up scrapping my calf multiple times, needing precautionary antisepsis. The desk lamp failed and the light above the desk was too dim to work under. The LED strip lighting above the kettle fell off as it was not secured into the recessed edge of the shelf. One of the power point and cover on the kettle cabinet wall was loose and failed. There needed quite a lot of trial and error to work out the multitude of light switches, but the lighting in the amenities area is pleasantly effective. Overall, the room was comfy and on the compact side.

Nice and clean
Definitely not as bad as some reviewers here claim. In our opinion, rather the contrary: no ants and no street noise to be heard during night nor day. If street noise bothers you, it’s safer to ask for a room facing the back lane. The hotel is well designed, with bathroom and toilet separate. From the ventilation system you could hear a rumbling, vibrating noise that became more apparent during night time. Checking in and out was trouble free.

場所が最高に良く、MRTなどの交通機関や買い物、屋台のあるアロー通りなどにも歩いて直ぐに行けるので非常に便利でした。 ホテルはとても清潔感があり、広さも十分で、スタッフの方達も本当に親切で気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 気になった点は、シャワールームの戸に少し隙間があり、水が若干外に漏れる事があったのと、施設内にコインランドリーが無く、ホテルのクリーニングサービスは高いので、近くにあるコインランドリー屋さんへ行きました。 それと、部屋にホテルの内線番号の案内が見当たらず、少し困りました。 しかし気になったのはそれくらいで、再びクアラルンプールへ行くことがあれば、是非また利用させて頂きたいです。

Great location - it is in the heart of everything. The rooms are very nice but the towels are very old. The staff is not there to make you comfortable and happy. They are there to guard the place. Anything we asked the common answer was “No.”. I think they are trying to cut costs by saying “No” to everything. I would stay her again because the location is great and just not expect anything from the staff.

the hotel is in a great location very close to everything you need, transport, food, shopping, markets, free bus service, trams, trains. The room set up could be improved as the shower and toilet are right next to the bed so you can hear and smell everything that is going on. This is the same with the sink so there is no privacy.

Good location but noisy
Great location but if you have trouble sleeping because of noise pollution, stay away. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and also all cars and noise from outside

It was a very pleasant stay for a family trip. Room is comfortable and most importantly clean, breakfast is good, service is great!
