Disliked: Cleanliness
When we first arrived the front desk told us we only booked one night when we paid for two nights. We did not get the room we booked even though we were told it’s the quiet season. The room we did received was not cleaned well, there was water left over in the kettle and used half packet of sugar sitting beside the kettle. Nothing was replenished after the room was cleaned the next day. The soap and shampoo dispenser didn’t work, fortunately I always bring my own. No breakfast buffet available, We were served plated meals that we had to order (there were prices on the menu which made it confusing as to whether or not it was included with the room). We were charged 200 lek extra per coffee with breakfast the second day when they were included the first day. The room also had bugs! Would I return or recommend? Probably not.
