"Me encantó la propiedad. Armando además 10/10 con sus tips y datos de restaurantes y playas. Las instalaciones preciosas, modernas, limpias. Mejoraría el desayuno; si bien tenía variedad, no podiamos tostar el pan, solo era café de termo, sin posibilidad de poder uno tomarse un espresso, un capuccino, los huevos no me dieron confianza la preparación. Mejorando eso, es un 100/10"

L'Amo del Mare Hotel

"The room was always spotless, as we're the common areas. All of the staff were very friendly. You cannot find a better location to both beaches and restaurants/bars. The roof pool area was clean, but it would be better to define one of the two pools as adults only. Breakfast was included and fairly decent, but incredibly repetitive."

Veranda Hotel by Mirage

"We had such a great stay at the Veranda Hotel by Mirage. My friend and I felt like the hotel staff was just incredible (shoutout to Vea and Venus). They always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time (so did most of the staff) and always laughed at our misfortunes with us. The breakfast was great as you could order from the menu for the breakfast included. Bed was comfortable (I just wish they had options for 2 twins instead of one king), but that’s our only complaint!"

"The hotel is nice and staff is friendly. You get what you paid. The breakfast was ok nothing special and what bothered me a bit is the fact that they gave not option for you to buy beverages on card. They only want / accept cash . Which is ashamed because I could have spent way more money on the hotel that way and I went somewhere to buy cold and hot drinks."

"This hotel was a dream for us. Everything was perfect. The staff were so nice and kind, every single one of them. Because we spent a lot of time by the pool we had plenty of good chats with David who was always attentive, thoughtful and positive. We got an upgrade to our room and witnessed a magnificent sunset over the sea from our room. The room was massive, spotless clean with modern facilities and everything you wish from a hotel. The hotel pools saved our trip to Ksamil because the beaches were overwhelmed with beach bars, and we found it slightly difficult to relax by the beach. On the other hand we had so much fun by the pool on the hot days. The hotel is few minutes up the hill but very central and on average 10 mins walk to the Hand of Ksamil, Bora Bora beach, Ksamil 7, bus stop to Sarandë, city centre supermarkets etc. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and the ladies who cook it are the sweetest. When we left early the next day the hotel staff even packed something for us to take away because we had to leave before breakfast time. A hotel that truly deserves its 4 stars."

"On arrival, we were told that our room wasn’t available. However, the team had been expecting us and had already arranged accommodation for our first night at a property right next door. We didn’t ask about the circumstances, but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. Everything was explained clearly, and we were made to feel welcome despite the unexpected change. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere in a very positive way. The staff are friendly, approachable and more than happy to help with any requests, which made our stay feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and would happily stay here again. I really enjoyed the coffee at Breakfast time."
