I went shooting the sunset with a friend and after having an absolutely insane sunset we decided to wait for the milky way to come out. This is the result of stacking several exposures.

I love the Geroldsee, it's one of the most beautiful places I know.

Especially in spring it's a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise. The grass is green again, there are some flowers on the fields, still some snow on the mountains and mostly some fog above the lake.

The room was excellent, with a beautiful view of the mountains as well as the city. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is very well located, just a block away from the main train station.

Nice clean room, staff wss helpful on reception. Nice to have the free bus travel you fmget when staying 3 or more nights. Easy to get to on the 504 from train station.
