"A nice flat, great for a family stay. However, the property was not clean upon arrival—there was a lot of dust and spider webs, which had attracted insects. The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out. The kitchen was well-equipped with facilities like a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been a thoughtful touch to provide a few teabags or some instant coffee, especially for guests staying just one or two nights. "Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!"
