"Das in einem Österreichischen Hotel das Personal nicht Deutsch spricht, war eine negative Überraschung. Mit Englisch gings dann einigermaßen. Auch das ich bei Tisch gleich auf Ungarisch begrüßt wurde, war etwas irritierend. Für mich kein Problem, aber irgendwo bei der Buchung, hätte ich das gerne vorab gewusst. Ansonsten war das Hotel und Essen super. Das Personal war trotz der Sprachbarriere sehr engagiert. "

"Der Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet, sehr zuvorkommend und liebevoll. Unsere Gastgeber haben sich super um uns gekümmert und sind auf jede Nachfrage sehr gut eingegangen. "We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."
