Not that nice
It's very very discount. Pics make it look much nicer than it actually is. Rooms are large enough and clean, but you're stuck right next to the other guests in a tiny courtyard.

Fantastic stay
We were so amazed by the customer service from Aqua Viva Suites. They organized shuttles for us and were incredibly friendly during our stay. The rooms provided a great stay and we used the pool each day, which was great. The location was also perfect as well.

There were no problems at all, but the place didn't have much character, nor was it well appointed. It was really good for what I needed and the price was suitable.

If you are seeking a place to stay on Bonaire, away from the bustle of downtown Kralendijk but close enough to walk to beaches, shopping, dining, and diving, Aqua Viva is the perfect choice. It is cozy, with beautiful grounds, lovely, well-appointed accommodations, and an inviting pool with whirlpool and lounge chairs. Missing, however, is any kind of on-site staff. The owners are only available through WhatsApp, not by telephone, and not once did I meet or talk to them or experience their reported hospitality. Lack of on-site staff is known to the locals: local children bike here to use the swimming pool without fear of being chased off the property. The owners’ daughter also views the guest facilities as her family’s private pool, bringing her young children here to run around, shriek, splash, and make the lively pool and sun deck unusable by guests. If you can handle the overrun pool and noisy children, the absence of any owners or management, and the difficulty reaching anyone when assistance is needed, then Aqua Viva is indeed a perfect oasis, complete with coconut palms, mango trees, green-shouldered parrots, and comfortable, island-style accommodations.

Good stay
Pleasant stay. The management is fairly fast in response to any maintenance issues with the room of which there were several during our stay. The accommodations are not fancy but the place is clean and fairly quiet and the location is right next to VIP dive which is great. Close enough to the airport, shopping and a few good restaurants makes it a good location for your adventures around Bonaire. The pool is definitely a nice addition to the property for relaxing after your day. A few more esthetic touches in the room would be appreciated to warm it up but the beds were comfortable albeit firm. The pillows should be reassessed as they are too flat for one but too high to sleep on two. Towels were good quality as were the bed linens. The bathroom had a nice shower and plentiful hot water.

BEST ACCOMMODATIONS, HANDS DOWN
Go ahead and book here! I promise you won't be sorry! This is the best place to stay on Bonaire and an almost-too-good-to-be-true value for the price paid. I stayed in quiet Room 10, and it was super clean with great amenities and free roundtrip shuttle to the airport. The pool was nice with a small cool jetted area of it. And the staff were all so sweet and friendly, very genuine helpful vibe. Later, I stayed somewhere else on the island for two nights, and comparing them, I paid *36% less money* at Aqua Viva Suites than at the other place down the road, and Aqua Viva was a *200% better* experience than them overall.

Lovely owner. Choice to be made between aircon blowing down very cold onto the bed, even when set to 25C, or hot with no aircon. There was a mosquito repellent plugged in which we appreciated. There was a coffee maker and fridge. The pool is sweet.

Wonderful family run hotel Always very helpful, giving great suggestions, helped arrange a rental car Comfortable room with refrigerator, coffee maker Lovely outdoor area to sit Short walk to center of town Two excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk We do not dive but had a fabulous time hiking, cycling enjoying the beach If dive there is a dive place next door Aqua Viva is close to Te Amo beach which is the largest sand beach

This is a great place to stay. Lovely area by the pool to sit in which offers shade or sun. It is a small resort so you never feel crowded. Comfortable bed with awesome sheets. The big windows, which are one way, make the suite so bright and open. You can easily walk into town from here and there are several restaurants in walking distance as well. Michael the owner is great. He picked us up at our previous accommodation and also took us to the airport when we were leaving Bonaire.

Very affordable, safe, and cute property. Make sure you are aware of the difference between a studio and a one-bedroom villa, the studios are more like hotel rooms without patios. But other than that, the owners are super friendly and will make sure you have an excellent stay!

Aqua Viva Suites offers you an excellent stay with the very friendly and helpful owners Miguel and his wife. On walking distance from Kralendijk. The palm trees and umbrellas give shadow around the pool if you want to. The pool is fabulous, so the studios are. Thanks for the lovely stay, Miguel!

Very quaint, nothing extravagant. The owner was more than helpful. If there was a drawback, no place for breakfast if you want to eat out. There is a fridge, micro and two place cook top for your use. For a one or two night stay I would stay here again

It was close to the airport but it was not staffed a good part of the day. Also Expedia had the wrong time for check-in. It is not available at 11am, rather it should have been listed as 3pm.

The hotel is great for a low budget and offers good accommodations. Downtown is in 15 minute walking distance. The owner is the sweetest guy, provided great service above and beyond! The apartment was clean, newly remodeled, and the outside amenities were nice also. Would recommend staying here. Make sure to talk to the owner if you do. He will make you feel just like home!!

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, Sauberkeit naja.
Die Abholung vom Flughafen war super und auch der Check In verlief problemlos. Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist sehr schön, aber etwas lieblos gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes das Zimmer kein Mal gereinigt, obwohl es hieß "2 Mal die Woche". Wir waren 5 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Leider wurde in dieser Zeit auch der Pool nicht gereinigt. Das sah man ihm auch irgendwann an, war nicht mehr so schön darin zu schwimmen. Die Sauberkeit generell lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Eine zusätzliche Reinigung ist auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr möglich. Ihr Zimmer wurde gereinigt und alle Handtücher gewechselt. Wir werden Ihr Anliegen berücksichtigen. Schoon en dichtbij Kralendijk. Prima voor een paar nachten, maar ik zou er niet je hele vakantie gaan zitten. De bedden zijn klein. 160*180, verder zijn alle basis benodigdheden aanwezig. Koelkast koffieapparaat en tv. Receptie en housekeeping zijn vriendelijk. Sebastians zit op steenworp.

Shuttle service war unkompliziert. Die Rezeption war nicht zu erkennen, da sie von außen, wie ein weiteres Hotelzimmer aussieht und lediglich Mo-Fr besetzt ist (kam Fr spät abends an). Schlüssel bekam ich vom Fahrer. Kein Telefon im Zimmer, keine Infomappe o.Ä., keine Bar, kein Restaurant.

Super genoten van ons verblijf in Aqua Viva Suites. De eigenaars, Michael en Daysi, zijn heel aardig en gastvrij. Het appartement was erg goed, heel schoon en comfortabel. Gunstig gelegen en op loopafstand van het centrum. Onze dochters hadden voor onze huwelijksdag een verrassing geregeld, waaraan Michael en Daysi ontzettend leuk aan hebben meegewerkt. Nogmaals onze dank hiervoor. Voor onze volgende reis naar Bonaire komen we heel graag naar Aqua Viva Suites terug.

Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour a l'Aqua Viva Suites. Etablissement au calme, piscine superbe, localisation pratique a mi chemin entre le nord et le sud de l'ile, proche de supermarches et de superbes plages. L'appartement que nous avons occupe etait parfait:: propre et parfaitement equipe. Accueil +++ par Miguel, le proprietaire qui est disponible, a l'ecoute et tres sympa. Si nous retournons un jour a Bonaire, ce sera a nouveau la. Nous recommandons +++, n'esitez pas.
