Having to ask at reception for toilet roll 😯no milk in the room for cup of tea room was spotless helpful staff would definitely stay again straight forward 20minutes walk to the main square 🙂

...die Rezeption war bis 23.00 Uhr besetzt. Nächtlicher Lärm wurde nicht verhindert. Auf Nachfrage, was denn dann in der Nacht unternommen werden könne, wurde uns die Rufnummer der Polizei genannt. Es fehlt zumindest die Möglichkeit eines telefonischen Kontaktes mit einem zuständigen Hotelangestellten !!!

Établissement très bien situé avec a proximité un snack qui fait de super pommes de terre garnis à manger sur place ou à emporter. Bien pour ceux qui arrivent tard à l'hôtel. Manque peut-être un dessous de plat pour éviter d'abîmer la table. Lignes de bus et tram a proximité. 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville

Struttura molto pulita, disponibili nella ccomunicazione. L'unica pecca è che ho trovato la posizione leggermente scomoda per quanto riguarda lo spostamento dal centro. La notte era quasi impossibile trovare dei mezzi che ci portassero fin li, l'unica soluzione era andare a piedi o chiamare un taxi. Tutto sommato però lo raccomando!

Very friendly staff and surprisingly comfortable accommodation in a very good location. The breakfast was pretty decent too. Highly recommended since this hotel represents extremely good value for money. Will definitely stay there again!

Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario, il bagno piccoli ma ben organizzato. Si trova ad un paio di km dal centro 20 minuti a piedi, ma a 200 metri vi è fermata del tram. I perdonale è gentile e disponibile

Lux Aparthotel is a 20 min drive from Krakow Airport and transfer was organised by the staff in Lux Aparthotel via a very good message service from Expedia(first time using Expedia). Cost for 4 people 90 Pln and 5-8 people 110 Pln. This group of drivers also offer daytrips through apartments. Very good value and nice Mercedes Viano/Vito vehicles. On arrival at apartments we where very impressed,very clean and modern and are setup with all you need inc tea/coffee/water.We had breakfast each day which was pre packed from an outside company and was good enough to start your day.Krakow old town square is good 20 mins walk but you have trams and uber/mytaxi which work very well.All in all beautiful apartment would definitely return. Few negatives would be no towel change or cleaning for 3 nights . 10 am check out.
