"The property excellent, room was very clean, location can not be better , air conditioning was fine according to Europe. The only problem the coffee machine was not working by the second day but that was not a problem, because there are plenty of cafes around the hotel. You can walk to the raynek , to the train station , Wawel castle ,getto. Is in the second floor no lift , not for people with mobility problems.I would definitely stay again. "

"This is in a great location, a short walk from the square and close to absolutely everything, yet still remaining down a quiet street. We went in April so a little out of the busy season. The accommodation is basic but clean, everything you need for a short stay and somewhere to sleep and wash. "Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. "We had a spacious room in an two story appartment on the fourth floor (no elevator). No AC, but a fan was provided and moscito neting on the windows helped to have some breeze in the room. We were greeted with a nice goody bag - nice touch by the home owner. The shared bathroom and kitchen (with the use of fridge and other utilities) were clean and convenient. Parking was a bit hard as this is a busy residential area. "

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Great location situated on Grodska, castle, cathedral, rynek square, st Mary’s basilica all within 3-5 minutes walk. Collected keys from office on florianska, 5 mins from main train station, staff great. Highly recommend "

When we arrived, I wondered if late night revelry would keep us awake, but once we closed the windows, we hardly heard a thing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
