"The apartment is stunning and finished to a very high standard. It included essentials like hairdryer, iron, umbrella, shampoo and body wash. They had even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets .The freezer door needs adjusting as it cannot be opened with the location on the fridge door. We had a little issue when we rang from the airport to ask if there was anywhere we could leave our luggage as we had arrived earlier. We were told they didn’t have a reservation in my name. "Excellent location. A nice new build of new apartments in the old part of Krakow. Apartment itself is small and cleanliness was not great. It needs a deep clean, especially bathroom, which didn't seem too hygienic. There were no toileters provided."
