The property staff kept on asking more money (700 thb) though the transportation fee had been submitted twice already for the roundtrip shuttle service. Since another shuttle service was requested by me, I gladly submitted another 700 thb though it could've been given freely because they had received the fee originally. They asked for additional 700 thb for the third time for the change of different time of shuservice.

The hotel would like to inform all causes occurred Such events have made the reader more understandable. The first book the car for export krabi airport time 11.00 AM. and the second you book the car to export krabi airport time 07.30 AM. Both transportation you have already paid. After that until 03.00 AM, Since another shuttle service was requested you come to let staff know at the lobby to send out at krabi airport prematurely. I'm not sure what happened. . Because in addition to the time you have previously booked and you are notified in an emergency The hotel can help you, but you have to pay extra in the third time 700 THB additional for the change of different time of service .You accept to pay in the 3rd time. Without denying any conditions Because it is the desire that you want to return to the airport as soon as possible This event can be seen that the hotel has only collected the money mentioned above.And after that, did not collect any extra money. we will share your comments with our team. Great place for a holiday at Krabi.
Excellent place with very good service. All staff specially at the reception were very friendly and prompt in helping out. However Wifi was not available at the rooms. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great views and awesome room. The breakfast buffet is so-so but it its free. One of the male staff member was loud and obnoxious. He drove that little shuttle bus like a mad man. All the rest we're fine. The location was a bit of a challenge as there was nothing around but the shuttle alleviated some of that issue.

Amazing vacation
My wife and i spent nearly 2 weeks at Poonsiri, and it was amazing. Great place for families and couples who likes to relax. Friendly staff, and the most beautiful surroundings you can imagine.

Highly recommend!!
Friendly staff - shout-out to Christina and Maya! Beautiful, tranquil grounds and facility. Loved the quiet. Ample breakfast; plenty of variety. Room is modest but super clean, as is the whole facility. Beds are comfortable. Free shuttle into town a few times a day; convenient! One suggestion: provide more in-room towels for guests; 1 per person is not enough. Pool/beach towels not always available. Would go again in a minute!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel
The view from the room was amazing. Very peaceful overlooking a beautiful lake with gorgeous mountains in the background. Kayaking is offered free of charge (not too far to go but was still fun). The pool is gorgeous with a beautiful view of those mountains. Room was big, clean, and beautiful. Slight language barrier with some of the staff. Was a 15 minute ride into town- free shuttles offered every 2 hours and you can schedule a shuttle anytime up until 11pm for 150 Bhat each way. Overall amazing stay would definitely come again.

Disappointing
Restaurant was very poor. Hotel is out of the way, and it's a hassle getting in and out of town. Staff didn't seem to pay any attention to us. Also, it's odd that they make you pay your bill upon check-in. Lots of little things were "off" -- I wouldn't stay here again.

Quiet and pretty.
A nice quiet area only a few minutes drive from Ao Nang. Very clean and comfortable and lovely staff. Separate bungalows with decks over the large pond set in well maintained gardens. Good food at the restaurant but (as usual) not a lot of choice for vegetarians.

Best hotel we ever stayed
This was our first visit to Thailand and it's was an amazing experience. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Their constant smile makes us very welcome. Recommendations from staff for food at restaurants were great. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and surely I will visit here again.

Lovely place, nice big rooms
I've stayed here a couple of times, it's lovely, big rooms are comfortable, the hotel is quiet and very affordable. The location is out of the way but with a hire car (or the hotel shuttle bus) getting to the beach is not difficult. The breakfast is pretty ordinary though, I wouldn't pay more for it, though their dinner menu is great.

Transportation is a MUST to get around to n from the resort as it is located deep inside the forested area... nevertheless a good area for privacy n peacefulness... breakfast spread buffet needs more variety tho and much more in-house facilities... other then that an awesome stay...

A lovely place to stay with friendly staff
Poonsiri is a lovely resort about 10 minutes drive from Ao Nang. The villas are beautiful Anderson very clean. The pool and bar are excellent The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. For 50 baht each they will drop you off and pick up from the main area in Ao Nang There is a washing machine and for 20 baht you can do a load of washing. The food and drinks were were excellent value The only thing that needs improvement is the wifi which drops out very regularly. Everything else was excellent

Rate from check it we were impressed. Great place to stay. the room is as you see in the pics. Clean and well designed. Loved the patio. One down fall is the beds are very very very hard. may as well sleep on the floor hard. The view is amazing as well.

Great place to stay
The only thing that I would advice them on to improve is their wifi. When you check in you receive a piece of with wifi username and password. The wifi username they give you is "Poonsiri". But when you get to your room to try and connect, there is "Poolsiri", "Poolsiri2", "Poolsir3", "Poolsiri4", "Poolsiri5", "Poolsiri6". Depending on the day, you have to try to connect to the different Poolsiris and figure out which one will stick. It would be best if they could just limit it to one or tell guests when they arrive to try for several different Poolsiri wifi usernames to try. Other than that, I loved the place and their service.

Service was great but the hotel is away from Ao Nang happening places and not very convenient to hang around happening places. Breakfast was basic buffet. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Reason priced hotel and very peaceful feel. Lagoon was very polluted with debris. Kayak and swimming pool 210cm without lifeguard would be dangerous for guests.

Poonsiri Resort
The Poonsiri is a lovely hotel with a spectacular view of Krabi's famous cliffs. The resort's grounds are lovely and well maintained, and their staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also loved the rooms--they were clean and had a lovely modern style! The only downside was that the hotel is quite far from the beach and from the town, Ao Nang. If you're looking to relax and do not mind taking a cab to and from the hotel, then this hotel is a great option. But, you would prefer to be able to walk to and from the beach, then this hotel might be a bit of a disappointment.

Great stay in Poonsiri!
Our room was just by the lake and it was an awesome experience to relax at the balcony. Too bad there were many mosquitoes. Booked a family room that came with 2 separate bedrooms. However there was only 1 bathroom. Staff were really friendly and there were 3 shuttle timings out to Aonang daily, 8am, 1pm and 6pm. Really convenient. Or we would pay 200 baht for 4 pax and they would drive us out. About 10 to 15 mins ride to Aonang where they are many food options. Or you could take a long tail boat out to Railey beach. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. All in all, I would definitely recommend others to stay at Poonsiri!

Amazing Hotel & Mostly Average Staff
Hello, Our stay at this resort was limited due to me getting sick and being in the hospital for part of our stay. However, some of the staff was amazing, carting and a great help. However, the young driver that had to shuttle my partner to the overnight clinic was asking her to go dancing, the older lady at reception was more worried anout money then my well being or getting me to a hospital, the restaurant server asked my partner to get her own menu and order at the bar (but was surprised there was no tip). The place, views, rooms, suttle service was amazing as was the first driver we had that was genuinely worried about me, came up to see how I was doing when my friend stopped by to bring me some things, that made up for the other people at the resort.

Stunning hotel
We stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon. The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning! Every room is a bungalow positioned on the edge of a lake. You can use kayaks to row around the lake (it's only small so it's very leisurely). The pool is small but adequate. The pool bar has happy hour from 4-6 where you can get cocktails for about £2 and buy one get one free on bottles of beer. The hotel is about 10mins into Ao Nang. We only went in the evening. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus but I think the last one goes at 6pm. But for £3 you can book the shuttle at a time to suit. The town is small but vibrant. We had some good meals and cocktails! I would recommend a day trip to Railay. We went on a half day rock climbing trip which was amazing! But I wish we had spent a whole day there.

Love for travel

Overpriced - Not much of luxury for the price.
Our stay was good and staff were friendly. But, after looking at the resort and the facilities they have, it was disappointing. Most horrible thing is when you sweat while eating. They do not have AC while dining and not like the climate is so good. It was burning hot during Dec 20's. Kayaking around your hotel is one of their biggest selling point. But when you can't utilize it due to the heat you can't do much. They have in house massage center, that is again open air with full of Mosquitoes. More than what we felt at massage mosquitoes feasted on us. Staff were very good there. They have repeated the same breakfast menu everyday. I have stayed in Phuket for half of what I had payed here with almost 10 times luxury. Fishermen's Harbour, Phuket was one hell of a place. Problem is we started comparing it with Poonsiri right from the day we checked in. OVer all it was not a bad place at all. May be Krabi is over priced with it's tourist attraction. But as far as our stay and value for money, we felt we payed way too high price. We booked the honeymoon package deal which had an Island trip, Romantic dinner which was outstanding, and honeymoon decoration in our room which did not make any sense coz rose petals and towels were decorated which eventually you'd end up removing as you arrive after a tiring travel. :D However, it was not a bad stay for us. Let me remind you Krabi is a very hot place. You might not want to shell out so much on a resort which is not Air conditioned.

Honeymoon stay...
Upon arrival our room was decorated beautifully for our honeymoon stay. The resort is beyond beautiful! The location is quiet and a little out the way, the free shuttle was appreciated. It only cost 150bht (per room, not pp) for the shuttle on other occasions. Upon check out house keeping said we had lost a hand towel resulting in us having to pay. We most certainly didn't, not sure if this occurs a lot. It rained on our parade a tad.

Pay for pillow!
The hotel was ok, but was very disappointed with the very small pool! Pictures shown on various sites definitely were blown out of proportion. The hotel restaurant was rather inflexible too. We wanted to order ala carte brekkie but was told only buffet was available. How hard is it for the chef to whip up some eggs etc? There was no one at the buffet to boot! What was most annoying was that we wanted to have more than one pillow each, but we had to pay 100baht for a pillow (probably for each day of use)!!!! I have never never in all my travels in many countries have to pay for an extra pillow!! This is ridiculous - the reception staff said the cost was for washing of the pillowcase! I will not be returning to this hotel. Lots of other choices available.

Nice scenery.
I feel that poonsiri resort is a very peaceful and quiet resort and there is a great scenery and hotel staff is friendly and kind that offer tour advise. However, the dining area will be closed on 3pm hence dinner you will have to settle at aoang town. The shuttle service is 8am 1pm and 6pm. The call on shuttle service at night only cost 30baht and 150 in the afternoon. It is abit far from town area but if u prefer less noise and disturbance, that's the right place to go.

Incredible resort!
Excellent resort. Very new, well designed, clean, and absolutely awesome surroundings. Yes, it's a bit far out, but there's a free shuttle 3 times per day, and just 30 baht per person to take their shuttle if it's at a different time. Only downside is the food is expensive/mediocre. Other than that, fantastic!

Natural and relaxed environment , noise free
The best place for guest who wish to enjoy a natural atmosphere , best for love birds who want time for there self , their breakfast selection was cool, I don't usually like breakfast but was seduce by theirs . The room was clean and fresh , the toilet was in great condition . Friendly staff who was ready to assist u with tourist information and the option the choose for me was great . Though the food was a bit expensive but the taste and friendly way the handle ur request make up for it at least u got to enjoy ur money . Will definitely choose and recommend Poonsiri for guests who want to enjoy Krabi busy tourist activities still have a natural place to retire after the day at the beach Not too far from the beach , and I will suggest the make their location more accessible by putting up signpost on the strategic point leading to the hotel to make the hotel very easy to locate cos we struggled to locate the hotel from airport and few times when we were coming back from day tour the taxi have to make a lot of calls before he can figure out where the hotel were located

New, intimate, surrounded by mountains
A little off the beaten track, but good if you're looking for something away from the crowds. Rooms a like little bungalows surrounding a pond. Serene, and surprisingly bug free. Pool is lovely. Particularly nice is the mountains around the area, giving it a green and lush feel.

a bit dissapointed with the welcoming staff (hotel shuttle driver) on how he should welcome us on the arrival day. he made us wait at the lobby for ages just for small misunderstanding. but other than that other staff at the hotel are doing well.

Lovely clean hotel
What a find, clean and comfortable. Lovely room with superb bathroom, good selection of toiletries. Lovely pool area with jacuzzi, sunbeds and pool towels. Restaurant does good selection of food and wines. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Brand New & Very Nice
The rooms consist of pleasing newly constructed bungalows circling a lagoon. Each one has a nice patio facing the water. Interior design & finish to an extremely high standard, plenty of convenient outlets. The bathroom was the best I've ever experienced in Asia. Nice Clean tiled swimming pool. It is a bit out of town, we rented a motorbike and felt very safe riding back and forth. They do provide a shuttle as well.

Very nice property and people
Stayed 10 days here. New hotel - organically managed by a young staff - good service and friendly atmosphere - beautiful property with a lake, river and mountains - I'm at a neighboring hotel now as I'd prebooked, but I'll spend my last night back at Poonsiri as a treat. Very happy to find this place.

Lovely new hotel
Charming location, beautiful gardens, well appointed rooms with large seating area, magnificent pool, decent restaurant with small menu yet good kitchen, far from town with limited shuttles,taxi or took took costs 150BT, main road is unsuitable for walking due to heavy trafic. Staff has poor English skills. However, their kindness makes up for it. Hotel is brand new so rooms do work properly and are very clean. Major concern will be maintenance. Specially for the lagoon as it may create a cluster of undesirable insects if poorly kept as it is the case with so many other hotels in the area. Pool needs more sun umbrellas. Pool is very clean and suitable for swimming with special children's zone.

Amazing resort to stay in. Such a beautiful and peaceful spot with 24 villas overlooking a lagoon. Hotel service is fantastic, and thw staff will do anything they can to make sure your stay is plesant. Hotel is a little off the main drag, but you can rent a scooter from the hotel quite easily.

アオナンでの数日滞在後、クラビの最終日は静かな所で過ごそうと1泊だけ予約。アオナンからはホテルのシャトルバスで行きたいと思い、宿泊3日程前に、エクスペディアのサイトから、時間と乗り場をたずねるメールをしたが返事なし。翌日ホテルの公式アドレスにも送ったが、帰国した今でも返事は来ていない。 その時点であまり期待出来ないと感じつつ、結局アオナンからタクシーで11:00頃ホテル着。他にも数組早くから到着しているゲストがいたが、明らかに部屋の準備は済んでいるのに14:00まで待たされた。 ロビーは暑く、楽しみの1つだった卓球も暑くて無理。プールで泳いで時間まで過ごした。 ビーチタオルはロビーで借りられるが、雑巾のようにぼろぼろ。実際には貸して貰えたが、「1日1人1枚」と記載があった。 自然の中にあるのが売りなんだろうが、手入れが充分でない。プールのパラソル、ホテル内ベンチが壊れていたり、施設内に落ちたゴミも放置されていた。楽しみにしていたカヤックも、ラグーンがあまりに汚く、落ちた時を思うと子どもたちも楽しめなかった様子。 昼はホテルのレストランで軽く食事をしたが、美味しかった。 夜はローカルマーケットに送ってもらい、6:00に降りた場所でピックアップと言われたにもかかわらず、来ない。ホテルに電話すると、向かっている最中だからと、結局20分ほど遅れて到着。ハイテンションな男性スタッフが、今日は人手が足りないからと言い訳していたが、彼はすごくルーズな印象だった。 子連れなのに、部屋はロビーから1番遠い場所で、移動が大変。そのために置いてある自転車にも子どもには大きくて乗れないし、台数もそれほど多くないのに、スタッフが乗っているのを見た。 チェックアウト時に、荷物のピックアップに迎えをたのんだが、ドライバーが今どこかに送迎中だから無理だと言われ(何度もcan or cannotの確認をした！)チェックアウト時間も迫っていたため、歩いていたらすぐに来た。英語はあまり通じないのか、サービスが悪いのか。 スタッフは多くいる様子なのに、おしゃべりしていたり、のんびりサボっていたり。 雨季の始まりの５月初旬なのに、プロモーション価格でなく朝食も別料金、余程施設が素晴らしいんだと思ったが、この価格を出せば他に選択肢はある。卓球もカヤックも楽しめないなら価値はない。 ビーチタオルの件もそうだが、部屋にも「HPから予約すればいいロケーションの部屋にステイできる」と書いてあったり、朝食会場にも「一度会場を出て戻ったら、また500bhts」とか、当たり前のことがわざわざ書いてあって、1泊の客、旅行サイトからの予約客だからサービスがよくないのかと感じてしまったり、なんだかゲストを大切にしていない印象を持ってしまった。

Good Hotel for rest
The overall accommodation (family room) is great. The environment is relatively quiet, so it's a great place to take a vacation. However, employees are kind, but they are a little slow to respond, and sometimes they don't understand English little bit. Hotel restaurants don't give you much of the recommended taste. Also, if you want to find a restaurant in Aonang Beach or a tourist information center or a related company for various activities, you have to go to Aonang Beach, which is not good for transportation. There is a shuttle prepared by the hotel, but some of it's a nearby another beach, so you'll have to ride another transportation as like taxi, tuktuk it again to the main street of Aonang Beach. If you want to come here, take a rental car as much as possible.

However, we are sad to read that the breakfast for a four star hotel is bad We are sorry to hear that the breakfast set buffet Because the hotel's have breakfast buffet.Start from 07:00 AM -10:00 AM. During the food runs out.But the staff rush to bring food to fill for appropriate for customers. if Near the Time out of the meal will be reduced. We had increased many more choices for breakfast. As of now , we had already added more breakfast of the day, The hotel has developed a variety of menus to choose as the variety of milk ,fruit , Thai Food international food , salad, and bread variety for attractive to look never. We had firstly let the respective team well acknowledged for such comment, and look forwards to have this trouble verified and fixed. we apologize dis case the staff Somewhat unprofessional because The staff does not understand English not very competent very well The main problem is that unable to speak and communicate fluently in English.You'll never get comfortable. Making conversation may not understand the implications. Previous to this day, the hotel has developed training We will try to fix this development even further or have activities has a improve the language skills of the staff. Try to encourage staff speak English Talk to all countries around the world. We will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services.
