Great Value for Money
The value for the money is great! We were kindly greeted by the owner. We stayed for 5 days and felt she really cared for our happiness. We were able to book transportation through her and saved money by doing so. This is a budget accommodation but our room was clean upon arrival and they cleaned the room once more during our stay. The bed was not the most comfortable but the air conditioner was great. Breakfast was reasonably priced. I ate the banana pancakes every morning, they were delicious. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It's about a 10 minute drive to the main pier for the boat to Phi Phi. Walking distance to the longtail boats to Railay. Overall, this guesthouse exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money. I would stay here again for budget travel.

Nice stay for a homelike feel, a nice walk into town, about 5 mins so the location is really nice if you like quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room feels clean and safe.

Great Value and Great Advice from the Staff
We had such a great one night stay at Ban To Guesthouse in Krabi Town, that when we came back from the islands we stayed there once again. The room was comfortable and spacious. Close to the street market. We rented scooters from there as well at a reasonable price, and they gave it to us with a full tank which we had to return full (which is nice because in Thailand most places give it to you empty so you spend time looking for gas right away and you end up returning it with half a tank anyways). The owner was such a kind lady, who spoke excellent English and was very sharp and witty. She made us laugh a few times. She also was a fountain of knowledge for where to go and when, without being pushy or putting her recommendations above what actually is best for you. We felt like we could trust her and all she said about Railay beach and exploring Krabi Town turned out to be really great advice. She also arranged for our transfer to the airport at the unGodly hour of 4am at a reasonable price, and the driver was on time and friendly. All in all a great experience, a clean and relaxing environment, made all the more enjoyable by the presence of a very helpful and kind owner.

Absolutely the best place I have stayed at during my travels. Staff is very helpful and friendly Food is cooked in their kitchen at lobby and is very good and cheap The room is spotless!! It's huge, has a balcony, shower and toilet is clean and spacious. Any transportation needs can be booked at the lobby, at possibly the most cheapest prices available. Only issue was the wifi connection was only strong at the lobby area. But despite that, this place was a bargain! Stayed here twice now

I stayed in Krabi for one night before leaving to Koh phi phi. This place is in central Krabi town. Has a lounge area to order good food, beer.( cheap and delicious) The staff were incredible You can pretty much book any transportation needs from the lounge area (very fair prices and they make things so easy for you) Room I booked was a fan room. Has a balcony, double bed, chairs, table, towel, the shower and toilet is VERY spacious and clean. Overall I LOVED this place.

One of the best place on crabi for the price!
A real guest house driven by a full familly to ease your life and doing their best to advice you(if you don't know) to chose your destinations or to give you the tips how to go where you want. Fair an honest, it's a pleasure to be at their place. We spent 3 nights instead of 1, and it's almost for sure the best rate/confort you can find in crabi (i almost never give any advice on internet) but it was almost perfect that's why I want to congratulate them. Thanks again!

DON'T stay here!
Unfriendly staff, not even a 'Good Morning ' glance!! Beds with springs poking through & pillows like rock. Bad wifi too. Only good thing was location as near to town & river.

Great hotel close to town
Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main street in Krabi town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean and we had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable and the fan kept us cool.

We only stayed for one night at the hotel. The service was good since they were waiting for us at the front desk, since we were a little delayed. They also offered us a good price for the next morning's ferry to koh phi phi. Good service, basic facilities, alright location, and great price.

Look elsewhere.
Wouldnt stay here again. Overall the service from the staff was not good. We were treated much differently than other guests and were pressured to buy packages from the guesthouse owner. Since we didn't (other than motor bike rental for 150 baht per day) we were not treated fairly. Ignored most of the time. Will not return and will not recommend.

The greatest staff that you will ever meet
My partner and I stayed at the Ban To guesthouse for three nights. At first glance the Ban To guesthouse may appear quite basic. The rooms are super clean and quite spacious, containing a bed, a fan and a small private bathroom. It never got unbearably hot in the rooms. The guesthouse is a small family owned business and it was not until we begun speaking to the staff there that we really started to enjoy our stay. They were so kind and welcoming and really made an effort to make us feel a part of their family. They provided laundry services and they were more than happy to cook us up a meal for lunch, breakfast or dinner in their small restaurant - cheap, convenient and tasty! We were also able to book various tours through the staff for super cheap prices - we went on a four island tour for just 400 baht each! They were even happy to drive us to and from the tiger temple for a small price and also organised all of our buses to our next destinations! We would definitely recommend staying at the Ban To guesthouse - great value for money!

They only need three things. Fan in the bath room to remove damp. Air Conditioning for comfort. Better mattress for comfort. Other than that, this was nice and cheap and satisfactory for the price.

It is very old and noisy. There are many insects. The staff was friendly but they kept trying to sell us tours. I think that's is worth it to pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

Very basic, but at this price can't really expect more. The family running this Hostel are lovely & would recommend eating there as well, great food at amazingly cheap price :) The room was clean, but as mentioned earlier extremely basic, beds only had a bottom sheet & blanket, so had to use a sarong as top sheet.

Cheap, but worth a stop over or two nights here!
You get what you pay for with this hotel... Family run which at first we got checked in by to 12 year olds so all was a bit weird but soon made sense. On first sight the place is well hidden off the main drag which is nice.... Hotel rooms are very standard as well as bathroom, hard pillows and mattress have slept on much better. But was very cheap. The reason I am still telling people who are stopping in krabi (we had 2 nights) is the mother who runs the place... Lovely friendly and so helpful. Got us a full kayaking day in caves from 1000baht each rather than 2500 each! And then sorted out transfer from krabi to koh Samui for 400baht. Made us breakfast... Good and cheap so yes I love the family vibe of this place :) Wifi only works on balcony hallways and lobby wasn't a problem tho. Overall small hotel needing a refurb like all the hotels in Thailand but staff were lovely.

if you are looking for a five star hotel, this is not the place for you. If however you are looking for a clean very affordable place for a night then this one certainly does the trick. It was a little tricky to find at first but if you look for the alley in front of the krabi art wall then walk down the hill it is easy enough to get to and an easy walk from there down to the water. The are was quiet around and the hotel staff friendly. There was even bottled water waiting for you in your room. A good place to stay for the price.

Very Good Budget Guesthouse
Enjoyed our experience at Ban To Guesthouse. Rooms are basic but clean and the owners are very helpful and friendly. Centrally situated and within walking distance of markets, restaurants and town.

A lovely little gem
A lovely little hidden away gem. Room was simple but completely adequate for our stay. Air con cold, shower hot and water left daily. Family run guest house where they made us feel like guests in their home. Extremely helpful with booking things and planning. Cooked excellent meals for super cheap. Spent 4 nights here and would easily return. A short walk to 'central' Krabi and everything that was needed. Great value for money.

The Ban To Guesthouse has a really nice, friendly, chilled vibe about it. All the staff were very helpful, they booked trips and onward travel for cheap which was a nice touch. Would Highly recommend this place to anyone!

クラビ空港を利用するために利用する。朝４時半の出発でタクシー予約。チェックアウトは鍵をフロントデスクに置くだけ。タクシーも時間には駐車場で待機していた。料金は今回１人だったので400バーツ。(前回は同乗者がいたので150バーツだった)

Best hostel I've been to! Friendly staff!
Wonderful stay in krabi town. The hostel is amazing and the staff is so helpful! Nice with a restaurant that serves cheap brekfast and food. Just 5 min walk to the main road where all the restaurants and the market is. They have moterbikes for rental at the hotel which is nice if you want to do a day trip to emerald pool/ blue pool which was amazing all thow it is a 60min ride on a moterbikes. Can recommend going there! Just live this place!

Мы так и остались жить в этом гесте после того , как закончилась наша бронь с 26.06.2016 по 30.06.2016 и будем здесь до 24.07.2016. Интернет относительно хороший. Бельё меняют раз в неделю. Гест находится недалеко от дороги,довольно тихо, хотя и в центре, недалеко набережная и рынок. Много кафе. Люди приветливые! СПАСИБО

A very basic Room but the family who owns the place are really nice! It felt like moving in to a familys place. Wifi was good and it was very close to everything, songkran was going on when we were there. We only stayed one night because we were moving on to Langkawi the next day but for the really cheap price i was surprised by the standard.
