My Stay at Westway!

No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!! Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room! Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :) Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick. Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel.

Oh, simply the worst. The staff service is beneath basic. Breakfast buffet has limited fare. Rooms are not as advertised (photos in the hotels.com app are misleading). From inside the room, you can hear everything in the corridors and the next room. Not at all comfortable for the price. Staff can barely assist you with your request. I'm never going back!

Good Hotel in Calicut

This is a good hotel on Kannur Road. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is very good and so is the food (had Kerala cuisine). The rooms are a bit small though !

Nice stay and comfortable

It was nice atmosfare at the hotel and it was well cleaned we was happy with the service and all other benefit and we like the bufe breack fast which was complimented by the hotel, actually we booked for 3 person only but first morning we have 2 extra geast who was also invited for the complimentary break fast. Thank for that

Recent stay for 3

Pros: Staff was very polite and courteous. Hotel is very clean and food is nice. Cons: "There was a confusion regarding payment for 3rd guest. Expedia charged extra for the third guest but West-way Management initially claimed that extra charge was only for extra bed and does not include free breakfast. But after talking with the receptionist they agreed to include breakfast with no extra charge (other than collected by Expedia). Expedia and Hotel Management should work out about extra guest thing"
