First time I booked through Expedia this hotel , we booked a deluxe sea view room thinking it will be a better room for comfortable overnight stay paying a very high right than the one of basic . It was totally disastrous as we entered the room it was badly maintained old room with old AC which doesn’t cool at all , after complaining changed the wand the TV was not working again changed to another room with all the luggage it was such a disaster and pathetic. The only thing was it was located near the beach. Please avoid this for gods sake if you book you will have nightmares with high price , you can stay in 5 star hotel with the price this hotel charge . Moreover this hotel price is priced much higher in Expedia than other websites which I found out after booking this hotel in Expedia.

Great location and spacious room but room full of patch work but air condition makes lot of noise and vibration. Food is okay. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful.

comfortable and spacious room. very courteous staff of reception. Really enjoyed 3 days stay here with family.

No proper arrangements for differently abled persons. Restaurant has hardly any food at lunch time. Room assured was not provided. Not satisfied with services and ambience. Lift and Toilets not functioning.
