"The room was very large and new! It was great that the bathroom was equipped with a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the air conditioner had a very strong odor. It definitely needs to be cleaned. That was very unpleasant. The staff is extremely friendly, and the entire facility is very well-maintained."

"4泊5日、大人2人、乳幼児2人で宿泊。 部屋は白を基調に名前通りのビーチを感じる雰囲気で素敵でした。 しかし、キッチン周りは少し清掃が行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。私たちは赤ちゃんのミルクを作るのにケトルが必要でしたが、ベタベタで汚れていました。そしてなんといってもそのケトルを出す際にゴキブリが現れました。建物も古く、調味料が常温で置かれている環境だったので、当たり前でした。 浴室からもゴキブリがいましたし、私たちは彼らと確実にルームシェアをしていました。彼らに怯えながらの生活は少しストレスでした。 でも、熱帯雨林なので仕方ないのかもしれません。 本当にそれ以外はとっても素敵でした。"

"Communication and check in was seamless. Rooms were clean, however some kitchen items had still some food residue on it. Pool area is great, we didn't get to enjoy it due to the colder weather. The buildings and apartment look a bit tired. For what I payed, I expected a higher standard."

"Great self catering option in a beautiful area with really great amenities. Lovely pool and BBQ area that we used - kitchen and apartment well equipped and spacious place. "The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again"

"It was clean. But the lights in the compound were bright and stayed on all night. The curtain did not close that out. There was no bedside light, only one fluoro, not operable from bed. No USB plug for charging. It was noisy from traffic, and with drunk people outside the compound but right at the back of my room. They were shouting among themselves until about 11, and then again from 6 am on. There was a code to the compound, but a hole in the plexiglass below, allowing access to the innner...

"everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there.
