Very convenient place, walking distance to many popular places, although room is small, but neatly arranged. Price is cheap, very good place for short stay.

Tiny room with futon bed, no chair, no cable tv, no drinking water in room, no coffee or tea, shower head is over toilet, no window. Sign in lobby says do not open windows or rats will come in. Terrible experience.

Close to MTR exit C2 and Airport bus stop
Location is great. Next to I-square shopping mall. MTR exit C2 and A21 Bus stop in front of the building. Room is clean and tiny as usaual in HK hostel. The owner had confuse about our booking but he can solve that problem. You have to check in at 13th floor first.

Near main attractions.
Upon check in to this hotel the ambiance is not impressive. Very poor service and the towels and bedsheets are old and stained. Furnitures were old and no hot water. We were not informed the switches for hot water and air conditions were located outside the rooms. Front desk attendants were not helpful and sarcastic. Very disappointing stay.

Legend Hotel is very conveniently located.
The Hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Nathan Road Kowloon. It is very clean. The rooms are small but adquate. The management is very friendly and helpful. The entry is narrow and a bit hard to find, although my taxi driver found it easily. The place is well run.

Small and Quiet
Make sure to get the room facing Nathan Road, it has windows. You will be glad you did as other rooms not facing the road have no windows and you may feel less crammed. The room is small but you get what you pay for. No need to leave the building, there is a middle eastern Restaurant on the 6th floor for a warm late meal. Cafe Coral in the CKE Mall is about 500 meters down the road for a great booster en early morning breakfast as none is served at the Legend.

Mixed review.
We stayed for two nights in March 2017 and had a mixed experience. Excellent location. First night we were put in room 1303 which is 3ft opposite the reception desk and shouldn't be a room. We could hear every word on every call and checkin, the microwave, the TV and they could here us through the thinest of walls - at night we could here the reception guy snoring so loudly he may as well have been in bed with me. We asked to move and were very rudely told to wait and see. The next day we asked again for a move and they immediately obliged. Moved us to a quieter room and it was fine - met the bill.

We booked the room last minute around 2 and were able to get a nice and cosy room. It was very clean, had many free amenities and the location was perfect.

Have stayed here before it is located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui on Nathan Road close to MTR shop's & star ferry . there was two of us this time & found the room had 2 single beds a bit small 3 mth wide. asked for an upgrade 3 times still wating !! otherwise the room are very small for 2 people. so if you stay here book a big room if there is more than one person.

I stayed at the Legend Guest House for few days because I was on the budget. While the place is clean and conveniently located, there are no windows in small rooms, and the room itself is so tiny there is no room to unpack. I had to keep my things in the suitcase the whole time. The bathroom has a shower head over the sink and need to remember to remove your towel and toilet roll from there before you shower otherwise all will get wet. The staff members vary and if you are lucky you liaise with the nice ones, or if not, with a bit weird ones. It was cheap and clean but I would not stay there again and I'd rather pay more somewhere else for more space.

An Eye Opening 2-nites Hotel Stay
The toilet flooded after every bath. No hot water option at tap & hot shower need plenty of luck to adjust. Difficult to locate hotel due to poor signage. Soap & shampoo dispensers r not working properly. I do not recommend this hotel. The place is quite run down & in need of massive renovation.There r better alternatives abound in nearby vicinity at same price.

this is my second time staying in Legend Guest House. It has renovated from my first stay. Abit disappointed that my assigned room is infront of the reception counter. Overall is satisfy with the room that is much better than before.

Expectations for HK budget were met
Very small, but this is Hong Kong. Hard to find, most businesses do NOT have street numbers on them, we eventually found it by using the street signs which do have the number range in the block and counted backwards until we found the entrance. The beds were short, my feet hung over the end, the mattresses were hard. Shower/toilet is extremely small and everything gets wet it you are not careful. There is a shared area where there are lounge seats. For what we paid however it was realistic and we would possibly stay again, it was a place to sleep. Close to public transport.

The room was compact, as it said on the tin. was able to open the windows but at times the air conditioning was in adequate & had to prop the room door open to get any circulation. The tv fridge & safe all worked. Toileteries & towels were changed daily & bedding most days. It was at the end of Nathan St & the A22 bus drops you at stop 13 across the road & the return journey it is right outside the entrance. Get an pre-load an octopus card (cash only) for use on trains busses & most Star ferries. Cards can be obtained at the transport customer service counter @ the airport & any remaining credit can be reclaimed from them prior to departure. It can also be used to purchase good & services in some shops& eateries, sometimes at a discount.

Nice hotel in good location
The hotel is located next to MRT station just 100 meters and there is a bus stop in front of hotel. Very convenient! The room is clean with complete facilities and the staff are nice.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel which took up a few floors of a large building. There were 2 small lifts which service the hotel and was shared with the renovation work traffic happening on another floor of the building. The entry at ground floor can be easily missed from the busy Nathan Road. But it is well located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and also has a CityFlyer bus stop directly outside for travels to and from the airport. The rooms are small as per Hong Kong standards with budget hotels but I would recommend this hotel for travelers who just need a a place to sleep and shower. It is in ideal location for sight seeing near the Harbour with a short walk and the MTR station outside will connect to other shopping and tourist destinations.

The hotel was located in a very convenient place. Just one min from mrt exit. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. I've been to quite a few hostels/ guest house and I would say this is the best up till now in terms of service and cleanliness. Hope this standard will continue. I would have rated it all 5 if not for few things. The room to room wall partitions are not sound proof. So will appreciate if there's signboards in English and Chinese to remind those loud guests to keep down their voices. Can hardly sleep with them talking so loudly. And sometimes there are sounds coming from the toilet. Sounded like someone on and off the tap in some other rooms. But overall it's still better than other places that I've stayed. It's a good one considering how much we pay.

Four nights on Hong Kong on a budget.
The room is in a great location. The price is also great. It was difficult to find and the entrance was like a hole in the wall. The room was very small about the size of a laundry room. The bed was firm and not lumpy. I barely had room to put my suitcase on the floor. The only place to sit was on the bed. I would say the room was 8 feet wide. Everything worked fine. The rooms across the street at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile were going for $200 a night. Of course it was a real hotel. The heat in the Guest House area was oppressive but once in the room I was comfortable. I was a little late checking out and rushed. When I got to the elevator I realized I left my wallet in the safe. When I went back in the manager and another lady were cleaning the room. I removed my wallet from the safe and my money fell on the floor. When the day manager an Indian fellow saw my cash on the floor he demanded $100 Yuan for me being past the check out time. Aside from the shakedown I was pleased with my stay.

Near to MTR but room is small than we expected.
Hotel is just near to MTR exit and 10mins away from Ferry Termianl Kowloon. Is good for transportation. Unfortunately, we take more than half and hours for check in as there's only we at the counter. After check in, we have to wait for another hours for tower due to hotel have no enough towel to supply for daily route. For those who look for bigger space , this hotel might not suitable for your to stay.
