Superb location, Attentive staffs, Cleanliness, comfortable bed, sufficient amount of pillows. Although the room size is small according to the standard HK’s hotel style, the room is very well function in terms of design aspects. Standard features are provided including kettle and coffe mugs, safe box, small fridge, slipper, amenities. I like that the glass door is provided to keep the shower area completedly separate to the toilet where some of the other hotels elsewhere do not have this feature although with the much bigger room. The only minus point would be the wifi was not really stable.

The hotel was only a mere 2-3 mins walk from TST/ East TST station, a mall was nearby (with a supermarket). Local foods all around, restaurants downstairs. Everything was clean and spotless. The lifts were a little stuffy during the warmer times (when my friend and I visited) but it did it’s job. The room itself, we were upgraded and couldn’t be more thankful (we had onward travels after so we didnt pack light). Thank you to the staff that checked us in! The room was nice, came with necessities, we were mostly out but when we stayed in, it was nice. Bed was a little hard, walls are a bit thin. But overall it was a good stay

Hart hotel is affordable and is in a good convenient location.I have always stayed here whenever I visit HK. After Covid the hotel has downsized a lot. This is my first post Covid visit. Service still decent however I strongly suggest management to review their laundry service! I’ve found visible stain on both bed linen and towels which makes one uncomfortable.

Happy stay
Room is perfect for us as we just return to sleep . The staff is friendly and always there to help. You will never go hungry as there are many restaurants around the vicinity.

Great location in the TST area. Easily reachable with the A21 bus from the airport (pay by card on board, around 4USD). The staff is very friendly and the checkin/ checkout smooth. The room is OK for a night or two but anything more than that can be rather claustrophobic especially for two people - whilst the space is efficiently organised, the room we had was 10 sqm including bathroom.

Located in a great area close to to many food places, the TST MTR train station, all the beautiful shopping malls and the star ferry terminal. Room was a good size for a single traveller and I felt safe as a solo traveller. Room was clean and staff was friendly and very accommodating when i asked if i could leave my luggage before check in.

Good location. Perfect for solo travellers.
The room I had was small but very cozy for a solo traveller… once you get past the doorway. It’s a narrow door and hallway if you have a big bag with you. Bathroom was nicely sized. Housekeeping replenished towels daily and toiletries every other day during my week-long stay. Front desk was friendly. Helped me out immediately with a faulty safe during my late night check in. Finally, good location! MTR just at the end of the street. Late night dining options around. Bus servicing the airport route and to faraway old towns and beaches. I booked my room at a fraction of the price just before covid restrictions were lifted. So overall was a good deal!

Great location, acceptable price and modern design. We had two twin beds instead of a double bed so the gap made the bed uncomfortable. The walls are very thin so that we could hear ppl talking from neighbouring rooms.

The hotel room is too small for a price of USD 43 during the COVID pandemic. You can barely move your feet in the room. Plus, the elevator smells bad

The overall value for this stay is great! Enjoyed the interior, cleanliness, staff, lobby and service. The noise from showering next door echoed through the wall, but it didn't bug me once I was able to fall asleep. Thank you for the fabulous stay and service!

Worst experience for a long time
Very untidy tissues are still on the floor. A double-bed booking but just putting 2 single bed into one, pretending that the guests will not know it. Service is rude and unfriendly. The room card is malfunctioning as well. Poor design. Will not come again for sure.

An enjoyable experience
Hotel Hart is located at a very convenient position in Tsimshatsui at Hart Avenue. The MTR subway station is about 5 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants near by for Chinese or European food. Including fast food chain stores like McDonalds (5 minutes away) & Cafe de Coral about 8 minutes away. There is Market Place a supermarket close by in the shopping mall 10 to 15 minutes away costing a bit more otherwise there is a smaller supermarket normal prices near the Hong Kong Jockey Club close by. Everything you need is just minutes away. Front desk staff are friendly and the procedure was quick. The room and bathroom was overall clean. It would be nice to have some liquid soap for washing hands at the basin. A good choice to stay. .

We were in rm 906 last night. I saw so much dust on the four corner of the wall which in front of the bed. I felt a little bit bad... this was my second time in this hotel. I hope that the hotel can do their best to enhance the clearness of the room.

Can't complain about the location. It's very convenient. The staff at check-in was very efficient too. But the room I was given was a lot smaller than shown in the photos on the app. In the photo, there was clearly space for a desk and a stool. In the room I was given, the desk was literally right at the end of the bed. Everytime the tap or the shower was on in the adjacent room, there was also loud noise. The bedsheet had very visible stains and my skin felt a bit itchy after.
