Very nice hotel, beautiful area, metro, buses and great restaurants on walking distance, working air conditioning which was great because it was so hot, pleople working there super nice

Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

"Le personnel n'est pas au service des clients. Arrivé complétement farigué à l'hôtel on me dit que ma reservation n'apparait pas et on m'a tout simplement et littéralement mis dehors, avec certes de plates excuses mais aucune aide, aucune solution. Le problème vient d'eux et d'expedia, les conséquences ..."
