There is no front desk 24/7 since its not a resort, so you speak to him through WhatsApp. Although it may seem weird to some, its actually much easier and he is there all the time when you need him. "My group had booked 4 rooms at this resort. Generally, everything was great - the two pools, closeness to the beach, breakfast options, and helpful front desk. However, of the 4 rooms we had booked, 2 of the rooms had incredibly uncomfortable issues with housekeeping. For both rooms, the housekeeping did more than just clean the rooms.
