"It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."

I booked this on an impulse travel through hotels dot com website and fully enjoyed my stay. The owner (Mr. George) and the manager Mr. Shibu were prompt with communication and helpful. "Stayed in the facility for 2 nights. It was pleasing, away from the town but within easy reach. The hosts were extremely friendly and polite. The food was very homely and the food service as well. The ayurvedic massage was awesome. Could have stayed for another day if time permitted."
