"Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both excellent. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer"

"The staff at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo were helpful, kind, and polite. They always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome each time we returned to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and although the room wasn’t large, there was enough space to fit four luggage bags without it feeling cramped. The hotel’s location is great, with many restaurants nearby and Sapporo Station just a short walk away. Breakfast was a highlight - especially the make-your-own kaisendon and the made-to-order French toast with coconut sauce. All in all, a really pleasant stay."

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."

"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"
