"The front desk manager was especially helpful and understanding when he arranged for our hotel rooms ahead of the checkin time. The restaurant was excellent with a variety of choices and very helpful staff. Overall, this hotel gave us an excellent experience."

"Location was excellent, and staff were all very friendly in all positions. They helped us arrange trips and gave us local recommendations. The food was excellent, and breakfast great. Staff, food and vibes at Freddy’s bar ( in the hotel) was excellent especially."

"This property is exceptional and when it comes to hospitality, this is exceptional. I have visited multiple 5 star hotels in the past but the staff’s hospitality here is at next level. "Hotel location is good, its just near malpe beach and hotel rooms are also nice"
