Property is old and no maintenance. There’s no water supply. Furnitures and beds are not clean. Have tiny ants in sitting room and even on beds. Very poor condition.

청소 불량, 도마뱀 출몰, 가족수 많은 경우에만 추천!

딱 우리나라 오래된 콘도예요~ 가족수가 많을때 이용하기에 좋습니다^^ 세탁기가 있고, 거실 베란다 천창에 빨래 건조대도 설치되어 있어요. 다만, 세탁 세제가 부족하고 빨래 건조대 상단에 에어컨 실외기가 설치되어 있는데 거기서 물이 뚝뚝 떨어짐으로 물이 떨어지지 않는 쪽으로 빨래를 널면 돼요~(옷걸이가 많아 거는데 문제는 없음) 3박 4일 머무는 동안 체크인/체크아웃 할때 빼고는 관리인은 코빼기도 안 보이고, 청소도 안해줍니다. 침실 3개에 수건 2장씩 있는데, 그 수건을 빨아서 써야 하고, 휴지도 화장실 2개에 쓰던 휴지와 거실에 새 두루마리 휴지 3개 비치되어 있는 걸로 아껴써야 합니다. 우리는 가족수가 4인이고 계속 외부 관광을 하고 저녁에만 호텔에 머물러서 충분했지만, 부족할 거 대비해서 알아서 챙겨 가시길요~ 물 역시 500ml 6병 생수통이 전부다. 코타키나발루에서 마시는 생수는 생수병 뚜껑이 하얀색인 거 비추, 파란색 뚜껑으로 된 물을 편의점에서 사서 마시길 권장합니다. 코타키나발루에서부터 시작된 피부 트러블이 여행을 다녀온 2~3일까지 이어져서 얼굴에 수많은 뾰롱지가 올라오니, 물은 좋은 걸 사셔 드시길 바랍니다. 주방 세제와 설겆이 할 수세미, 행주는 별도로 챙겨 가세요. 거기에 비치되어 있는건 찜찜해서 사용할 수 없습니다. 그릇도 없던 듯.. 1회용 수저 세트와 접시, 그릇을 챙겨가서 열심히 찾아 볼 생각도 안했지만, 눈에 보이지는 않았습니다. 참, 과도칼 하나쯤 챙겨 가시면 과일 사다가 깎아 먹는 것도 좋습니다. 온 가족 여행으로, 필리피노 마켓에서 이것저것 사다 먹고 온 가족이 모여서 두런두런 얘기하고자 한다면 조금 지저분함을 감수할 자신 있는 분만 이용하세요. 필리피노 마켓이 가깝기 때문에 (도보로 5~10분) 열대 과일과 해산물 사다가 맘껏 드세요~ 여기서 4일간 머무르고, 건너편 메리어트 호텔에서 3일 머물렀는데.. 마리나코트 콘도에 흰 샌들을 놓고 와서 관리인에게 카톡을 보냈으나, 읽씹~~ 산지 얼마 되지 않은 샌들이기 하지만, 쿠션이 별로 없어서 발바닥이 아파 여행 마치고 버릴까 하는 생각을 했던 신발이라 그리 아깝지는 않지만.. 나올때 신발을 미쳐 못 챙겼고, 가족 중 2명이 현관앞에 신발을 봤지만, 내가 여행 마치고 신발 버리겠다는 걸 알고 있었기에 굳이 말하지 않았다고 하네요. 그래서, 더욱 더 신발 놓고 온 걸 명확히 알고 있는데, 카톡 읽고 답변도 없더라고요.. 참고하세요~ 물건 놓고 오면 쌩~~ 하고 먹튀하니 알아서 잘 챙기세요^^ 제가 딸이랑 야시장인 필리피노 마켓 간 시간에 거실에서 도마뱀이 나와서 엄마가 이래저래 도망 가는 녀석을 끈질기게 추격해서 잡았다고 하시네요~~ 으흐흐흐흐~~

Got a big apartment, but didnt have any seaview because of a big mall infront of the hotel. The apartment was ok, not more. There’s cockroaches and other small animals there. The cleaning was bad. Stayed here for 5 nights. Would not book this again

The location is convenient to go Filipino market, not far from Gaya Sunday market. However condition of the apartment need to be upgraded. This apartment is good for big group of 8 persons.

No sunset and seaview.. 😊 however it was worth to be there. Just a little bit problem in parking space area. Flooded with smelly water. Another thing is waste water from washing machine.

많은 가족들이 함께 가고, 숙소 안에서 맛난 것도 해먹고 싶다면 좋습니다. 깨끗한 것을 원하시는 분들은 싫을 수도 있습니다. 여기를 이용한다면 여유분의 수건과 일회용 식기 필요합니다. 위치도 30분정도 걸으면 다운타운 도착하고, 야시장 길 건너에 있고, 맛사지샾들 위치에 있어서 늦은 시간 모든것 이용하기도 좋습니다. 출발전 호텔직원들과 미리 연결한다면 체크인 할 때 기다리실 필요 없습니다. 친절합니다.

建物自体の老朽化は目立ち、外にはヤモリもたくさん居ますが、2階にある部屋の中には虫も出ず、広さも十分であり、プールもきれい。 洗濯機もあり、毎日の(テキトーな(笑))ハウスキーピングもあり、水もタオルももらえる。 管理会社のスタッフも、みな素晴らしい笑顔で対応してくれます。 しかし、予約をしたら最後。 そこからは、コンドの管理会社に電話orメール必須。 何通送っても返事は来ず、エクスペディアに相談。 その後も、返事は来ず、不安は募り、エクスペディアの専門部門まで話は進み、そこまでしてやっと、チェックインの方法を知る。 チェックインの方法は、空港についたら管理会社に電話をし、管理人を呼び出すというもの。 チェックアウトも同様、時間になったら管理会社に電話、その後管理人が来るまで待機です。 場所は…正直微妙と言ったところ。 メインストリートであるガヤ通りまでは、炎天下の中2～30分ほど歩くので、よほどの健脚でなければタクシー利用になるでしょう。 大体、どこに行くにも15RMです。 頼りにしていたセンターポイントは、スーパーマーケットが閉店しており、IMAGOまで行かなければスーパーはないと言われる。 このIMAGOも、徒歩2～30分(坂あり階段あり)かかります。 コンドの目の前がバス停で、全ての便利用できます。 コンドミニアムというだけあって、長く暮らすには最適な場所ですが、短期間の滞在であれば、ホテルをおすすめいたします。

Comfort place but bad service.

With the price, the hotel stay is quite a pleasant one, except that one of the room’s aircon noise is too loud.. And would like to comment about the service of their staffs whom were unable to handle much on feedback from customer. I’m a Malaysian and as I booked the room using SGD and using a Singapore phone number, I was treated as a foreigner and made to pay the foreigner tax of RM10 per night stay. I can understand the staff may have difficulty to refund, but we asked whether there’s any channel for us to feedback or get in touch to settle this, the staffs were unable to provide the info. Overall, the place is nice to stay but am frustrated with service.

Definitivt i centrum af byen. Stor udlejningslejlighed, men en nærmest ukontaktbar og usynlig udlejer + personale. Delvist slidt og nusset lejlighed + interiør. Gade og flystøj. Det eneste plus er rummeligheden.

Good location

Condo was superb, spacious and can fit till 8pax. We were entertained by friendly and helpful staff namely Rini. It is located at the heart of city surrounded with good foods and entertainment. The only things that need to be improvised was the bed and a hairdryer really need to change to a new.

Worst service apartment ever!!

I regret booking this service apartment. The check in and check out service was really bad. I need to wait for more than half hour for check in eventhough I already told them I will arrived at 4pm. It got worst during check out. Need to wait for the management people for an hour for check out. I have early morning flight to catched and barely managed to get to the airport for the flight check in.

over all it was good. very spacious. could comfortably fit 8 people. bathrooms are of poor quality though. location is the best asset of this apartment.
