stayed there for four nights.. apartment was suffice for the price.. but service was so bad.. book with caution... room was not to same as pictured in the website..
firstly, before my trip, i emailed them to confirm my booking is secured. did not bother to reply my emails. i had to request help from hotel.com
secondly upon arrival, i had to call them to get my room keys. my flight was in the late evening (10pm) and the reception had already closed (opens 9am - 7pm)... but i clearly have informed them early on this).. access to reception is only through a security key pass.. just to check in took me 30 - 45mins to get my apartment room keys..
thirdly, internet was not given, when i called again the same evening (11pm).. they said to call back tomorrow as they did not have the password.. the next day i went to the reception, and they gave me a internet/wi-fi box... only them did i have access to internet..
fourthly, the apartment details said they would have kitchen facilities.. i came in and found that there was no microwave.. when i asked for one, they did not have one... there was a stove.. but when i checked there was no gas cylinder... i had to request for one.. which only came after persistent asking..
fifth, the cleaner only came at specific time, say 12noon.. if you are still in the room, they would not come back... had to complain just to pick up the garbage and towel...
