Bad WiFi
The room was fine, small but clean. However the WiFi on the 5th floor was not good, just not working at all for most of the stay. we had to ask for them to reboot it twice before we were able to use it and then it was still not great. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a good location.

Hotel near to night markets and shops.
My experiences quite dissapointing as room 403 given to me was indeed a nightmare...Aircon was totally not function very well...Room 403 aircon was never been serviced for the last two years and had requested to changed room.c

Hotel meets basic needs
Hotel meets basic needs - a place to rest, for clean up. Nearby 24 hours mart, banking, eating places and taxi stand. Room is small - ideal for those who don't bring big or lots of luggage. More so for backpackers or those who wanna place to rest for few nights that can be packed in a small luggage.

Well located, comfortable and friendly hotel
Very pleased with this hotel. Shopping and food everywhere. Close to waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Recommend booking room with view.

Nice room but very small
Overall was a nice room but very small. Room was clean. The hotel was kind of old but still properly maintained. Parking is very troublesome as the road in front will have night market everyday.

Unfortunately during my stay, the shop beside was renovating so the noise can be heard during working hours. Aside from that, was okay.

Don't be deceived by the photos
I had my room upgraded and it's so small, no fridge, no tables, and no floor mats. The toilet was extremely small and a bit dirty... It's also very noisy from the other rooms

Compact yet cozy.
Good budget stay. It is located near bank, eateries, 24 hours coin laundry and convenient stores. The room was compact yet cozy enough. Poor sound insulation thus not recommended for light sleeper. The room came with flat screen TV with good selection of channels, overhead shower with hot water but no window. Overall, it just an average stay.

No frills hotel, but value for money at the price
Basic, no frills hotel. But the room is clean, the water hot, the beds comfortable. Room had no window, but i knew that before i booked. Didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep and it was very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good for money spent. The room is clean and comfortable for both of us. I would recommend those who plan just to stay for few days. In front of the hotel there will be pasar mlm every night, so those who is driving, better to get parking nearby. Overall, i am satisfied with the facilities.

Great Hotel!! Perfect Stay!!
This hotel is centrally located, near shops and restaurants. It is spotless, the cleaning is done every day. The wifi is also very good. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect Hotel
I really like staying at this hotel. It is perfectly located near the night markets and you can walk to any place like Atkinson Tower and Jesselton Point. The wifi is good and there's daily housekeeping. The staff is nice, very helpful.

Clean, Comfy and Central location
It was a very good stay in downtown kinabalu near to the local shops and things to do and see. Every place is at walking distance. There are eatereries which cater to everyone's budget...there's a daily night market at the bottom of the Hotel. The room is very clean and tidy.

Very clean and nice comfy non window-room which I stayed on for 2 nights. Quiet. However, I clearly stated in my booking remarks to be allocated at the NON SMOKING Room/Floor but when I firstly entered the room, I smelled a strong smell of cigarette and there was an ashtray inside the room. Really hope the hotel is practicing a NON SMOKING POLICY for the entire rooms. Location-wise, the hotel is extremely convenient as the "Night Market" and "Used Clothes Market on Sunday" is right in front of the door. Taxi, Uber is easily available.Convenience stores for quick snacks and drinks are also next door plus a laundry. I liked it very much.

Nice hotel for backpackers.
It was a good stay. The room that we had stay is small and just enough for two. In addition, the toilet is also small which made me move less (I mean, yeah, it is not spacious). Overall, since I was backpacking back then and less staying in the hotel so for me it was a good hotel to have a rest and clean myself.

love the Family room, convienient to my in laws.
my experienced, we're looking for a good place and budget, while we searching for a hotel, we saw De Galleria seems luxury place, infact the price most cheapest and affordable for us. yet we're looking for family room. De Galleria also rent a bed each cost RM40 per bed for additional in room, and its superb convienient

Convenient and affordable
My sister and I stayed for 4 nights.We only had to walk around 10 mins to The Waterfront which was nice.The superior room was quite small without any windows however still quite comfy. Experienced a total black out on our last day due to the renovation which apparently is a never ending process! (Yes it was annoying) . But overall,convenient and affordable for those who wish to not stay there 24/7

The advertised room "superior" had no window. The upgraded room was nice but had very bad construction noise next door from 8am to 5pm. Very clean nice staff. Shame about next door noise

Små men fräscha rum.
Fräscht hotell med serviceinriktad personal. Centralt läge precis vid nightmarket. Dock var rummen väldigt små och det fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet.

what you paid , what you get.
what you paid , what you get. they require traveler fee 10RM/night (not deposit) room is small,except bed there is nothing. but clean. no window , so not well ventilation. can not see outside weather. front of hotel on night market is open. (sunday) most of them sell copy product . only for sleep maybe good choice. cannot recommend to family or couple. wifi is working well .location is soso . if you want find just for sleep or wait for night flight , here is not bad choice.
