"We have stayed here before. It’s a nice big apartment in a good location for shopping and eating out. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the hotel could put the heating on ready for your arrival as it is quite cold when you first arrive. It’s a big apartment and takes a couple of days for the lounge to really warm up as it’s a large lounge with one radiator that is far to small for the size of the room. "

It would have been very comfortable for 3 nights, however unfortunately there was a mosquito problem that kept me awake both nights and covered in bites. "The place was horrible. We didn’t have hot water to shower. I’m assuming the water is turned off at a certain time. I wanted to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water!!!! Also the heater didn’t work. It was snowing outside and the room was freezing without a working heater. I contacted the manager and was told he could come by at around noon to take a look. So I just left and booked another hotel. In regards to cleanliness, it was also terrible! The ONE towel available had blonde hair on it...

"Alles in allem gut und unkompliziert. Leider funktionierte das Wlan nicht und der Abfluss der Dusche war komplett dicht und verstopft, was ein absolutes No-Go ist. Dusche konnte somit nicht benutzt werden, was nach dem Sport ziemlich unangenehm war... Leider gab es dafür keine Entschädigung, da die Dusche doch mit das wichtigste ist in einem guten Apartment. Bett, Lage und Schlaf war super. Beim nächsten Mal entscheide ich mich dennoch für ein anderes Apartment..."

"Ein sehr modernes und hochwertiges Apartment. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft war abgestandener Urin in der Toilette sowie aus der Toilettenbrille. Dreckige Wäsche in der Waschmaschine, Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche und es lag sehr viel Staub im Appartement. Leider erreichte uns die Mail mit den Zugangscodes viel zu spät, der Code für die Parkgarage bekam ich erst sehr spät am Abend. Den Chip zum Spabereich bekommt man erst, wenn man 200 Zloty überweist....
