"Our only issue we had, was the lift. There is no way of using the stairs, without someone going up in the lift and then opening the door onto the floor. My friend had a fear of lifts, so we were told we could use the fire exit stairs, but you can not exit the stairs on any floors. My friend had to walk up by herself, and I had to go up in the lift to open the door. Not ideal to only have lift option to the floors. "

"Location is great next to the main train station. The only thing was the room was a bit small and didn’t provide any hygiene amenities. Yes, maybe I could have called for them, but other hotels I stay in on the same trip in Prague had toothbrush and slippers ready before our arrival. Location is key since we needed to take the train into Vienna the following day. Still a nice hotel for a one nighter. "

"Room was clean and very comfortable. I didn’t use any facilities in the hotel. Stayed there as I was attending a concert at the O2 Arena next door, literally next door - a minute’s walk. Perfect place to stay if you have an event there. "

"I stayed at the Falkensteiner Hotel in Prague and would rate it 4 stars overall. The hotel has a fresh, modern design and feels clean throughout. Breakfast was a highlight: healthy, varied, and with plenty of choice, and the waiting staff were consistently attentive and polite. The room was cleaned daily, stayed quiet and the location is very convenient, especially being close to the main train station. The spa area, particularly the steam room, was also a great feature. However, several issues detracted from a five-star experience. Despite requesting a twin room, we were initially given a double and made to feel like an inconvenience when asking to change. Reception staff were generally curt and a little unfriendly. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working, which was frustrating, and staff reactivated them without apology or explanation. The room was also too hot, with air conditioning seemingly locked, so we had to keep windows open at night. Additionally, the bottled water seal was already open and the TV remote was sticky. Overall, a comfortable stay but not true five-star quality. I would likely choose a more traditional five-star hotel in Prague next time for better value and service."

"Pros: very clean, helpful staff, very well-located Cons: heating unit broke three times during my three night stay (was fixed immediately but still, inconvenient), flashing red light in my room that I couldn't turn off, heating unit had a bright white light that lit up my room like a moon, no side table lights to read in bed or have softer light for the room"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is very central; the pool and spa facilities were excellent; the staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. A truly enjoyable experience and we would definitely stay here again."
