I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。 食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。"

"The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba."
