"Although the hotel didn’t have a restaurant, it had a very good kitchen area with refrigerators, a microwave, utensil's, coffe cups, glasses, a sink and an excellent machine to make to tea, coffee, or cappuccinos. In addition, it had a great relationship with another hotel where dinner could be delivered in 50 minutes (I had baked cod and it was delicious). The hotel had an automated check-in that worked efficiently, provide codes for the entrance and your room via text or email. The staff kept the common areas very clean and tidy. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly."

"Our room was on the top floor, and the internet connection was very weak. I raised this with reception. I didn’t specifically ask to change rooms because we only had one day left of our stay, but no alternative or room change was offered. I was simply told that nothing could be done at the moment and that she would speak to the relevant people. While that may help future guests, it did nothing to improve our stay as current customers. Another disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as a 3-star property when I booked, but it was actually a 2-star hotel. The location is convenient for the airport, but it takes around 25 minutes by bus to reach the city centre. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not stay here again."
