What a little gem of a place

These studios are perfectly positioned 6 minutes walk from the harbour, beach and nighlife. The studio was spotlessly cleaned with everything needed for a great stay. The cleaner is around everyday and so so friendly. The lady who runs the place is very helpful indeed with plenty of knowledge of the area. The pool was absolutely lovely with plenty of comfy sunbeds which nobody trys to secure because theres no need. We'd definitely stay here again.

Brilliant Stay

This is our third stay in 18 months and we will go back. Conie and her family are lovely. Everything you need in the apartment, pool area is very nice and great communication. Thanks for allowing us to stay

Loved our stay

Loved this accommodation. Connie & her husband were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and no issues getting a bed. It was around 7 mins walk to the harbour. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Kardamena which hopefully won’t be long.

Struttura gestita da una coppia molto cordiale e disponibile, a 5 minuti dal mare nel centro di kardamena ben frequentato e con tanti ristoranti e localini. La.stanza è un piccolo monolocale con piastre per cucinare , bagno e balcone che affaccia su una piscina fruibile dagli ospiti. Consigliata!!

Ciao a tutti, Parachos studio è davvero carino sia l’appartamento che la piscina, Pulito é nuovo, e Connie la ragazza della reception è davvero gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è dotato anche di aria condizionata e phone per capelli cosa che non avevo visto nella descrizione, cambio lenzuola ogni 3 giorni e asciugamani ogni 2 tutti i giorni vengono a pulire la camera veramente ben organizzat. L’unica cosa che non ho trovato è il. detersivo per i piatti e sale per la cucina. Ma tutto veramente carino.

Quiet haven

Quiet haven but still close to all amenities. Lovely apartments, basic but clean, only concern was we found beds a little hard, also there was no pool bar but you were allowed to take your own refreshments.

Close to the beach and town

Me and my partner had a very nice experience, Connie and her staff provided an excellent service and our room was cleaned everyday! It was very peaceful and the swimming pool was very nice and very clean, I highly recommend to anyone to stay here and enjoy a nice and peaceful holiday away oh and the view of the mountains from our balcony was amazing! I would definitely come back here.

Bell'Albergo in posizione tattica

L albergo dispone di un piccolo angolo cottura,lavandino,frigo,freezer,microonde e bollitore utile se si vuole cenare in casa. Il materasso è comodo. Il bagno bello e ben agibile. La camera pulitissima:cambio asciugamani ogni 2 gg e lenzuola ogni 3. Posizione tattica:a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di kardamena ma immerso nel più silenzio totale (sentivamo solo i grilli e le capre davanti all hotel) Unica pecca:le tende erano sottilissime ed entrava molta luce la mattina.

Posizione ottima

Posizione strategica: si trova infatti a due passi dal centro di Kardamena ma anche alla strada che collega alla via principale. Struttura abbastanza nuova con piscina in ottimo stato. Le stanze sono dotate di stoviglie, frigo, piastra, bollitore e microonde, è quindi possibile (volendo) mangiare li. Uniche due note negative: 1. Tende non coprenti (che vuol dire svegliarsi presto per la forte luce) - consiglio d portare una mascherina se si vuole dormire di più 2. Condizionatore di fianco al letto (che vuol dire o dormire senza aria condizionata o averla sparata addosso) Consiglio comunque il soggiorno in questa struttura!

Ogni appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e un piccolo cucinino (mai utilizzato in quanto la piastra non trasmetteva sicurezza). Connie, la proprietaria, riordina le stanze ogni giorno, ogni 2 cambia gli asciugamani e ogni 3 le lenzuola. La pulizia, in generale, non è però eccellente. Ottima la posizione, vicinissima al centro di Kardamena e comoda per visitare l'isola di Kos.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura eccellente con piscina, a conduzione famigliare. Stanze dotate di mini angolo cottura con stoviglie, microonde, piastre elettriche e frigo, aria condiz tv satellitare e wifi. Pulizia ottima. Staff gentilissimo che ti fa sentire a casa, ci hanno permesso addirittura di effettuare il late check-out gratuitamente. Unico neo manca una tenda per la doccia, pertanto risulta impossibile non allagare il bagno. Per il resto impeccabili, nulla da dire, ci ri torneremo sicuramente.

GREAT HOLIDAY

PARASCHOS STUDIOS WERE A GREAT PLACE FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY. ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEANED EVERY DAY. THE POOL AREA WAS SPOTLESS WITH COMORTABLE SUNBEDS AND VERY PEACEFUL AND QUIET. CONNIE THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. KARDAMENA VILLAGE WAS ONLY A 2 MINUTE WALK. PLENTY OF BARS AND GOOD RESTAURANTS. WOULD DEFINATELY BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR TO THE PARASCHOS STUDIOS

Apartments which are like a private holiday.

Lovely owners, big pool, quiet, relaxed, modern. 5 mins to shops 6 to a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Great restaurants. I promise the Paraschos and Kardemena has everything you want. Been going for 3 years many more to come

This apartment worked great for us. It was well equipped with everything we needed and was relatively modern. There was a huge, beautiful pool, and the grounds had all kinds of fruit and olive trees. We had bikes, so were easily able to access the beaches, and town center in just a couple of minutes. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well. We'd definitely recommend staying here.
