"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. "We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!! Overall we had a good holiday but we wouldnt rate the hotel 4 star. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10"
