The staff, especially at the desk were nothing short of brilliant and their customer service skills were brilliant. We had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent value for money and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Very nice and clean room with a nice shower. Check in was quick and easy, staff friendly but the reception closes at 20:00 so no help unless you call emergency number. I couldn't figure out how to work the tv but that's on me. Stairs, so not accessible and you have to be able to get your luggage ...
