"With respect to the rating and actual hotel experience, I was disappointed. The hotel has all good amenities that are usually part of an all-inclusive. Food quality and variety was acceptable and rooms/bathrooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing that was extremely bothersome was the way the staff pressurized the guests, including our group, for a positive feedback and review on google and hotels.com and similar websites. They are adamant and some staff even took the phone from polity guests and wrote and posted review on their behalf. The reviews are supposed to be unbiased and represent the true situation. This practice leads me to believe that the reviews and rating does not represent the true rating of the hotel. Will I come here again, I don't think so."

"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter"
