"Had a nice stay and the location is close to the caves and canyons in that area. It's a bit hard to find, so make sure you have the exact locations before going there. The huts are simple but nice"

"Hotel is located in a decent building with redecorated spacious rooms and bathrooms, however no single shelf or cupboard was provided in a bathroom to store hygienic products. Breakfast was very simple with generic coffee and typical Georgian with food not looking great. Not bad, not good."

"We had 3 rooms and all were very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was nice; they made omelet style eggs with a smiley face and it was a very lovely start to our day. Not in the city center, but taxis are easy and cheap (staff will help)."

"The hotel is approximately a 45 minute walk from the city centre. It's pretty basic but the reception staff were reasonably helpful in booking taxis. Taxis were only 3 Lari to town. It's ideally placed for Torpedo Kutaisi matches as the stadium is only 15 minutes by foot. Breakfast was also basic but when you are paying only £15 you can hardly grumble."

"Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good."

"We booked through Expedia the Suite with Balcony room. Upon arrival, we were greeted and our booking was located. The receptionist, who seemed a bit air-headed and confused, gave us our key and told us there is no elevator. It was the smallest room and not what we booked. We went back to reception and asked for the $91 room we paid for and she said it is not available as the sink faucet in the bathroom was not working. We asked to see the room anyways and followed her upstairs. It was the room...
