"The room was large and comfortable. It was self check-in so check your email for instructions. We used the luggage storage both before we checked in and again before our ride to the airport came and picked us up so that was a nice feature to have access to. The beds were comfy and there was a small kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. We got the family size room and we were comfortable during the time we were there. "

"Was surprised with the size of the room, really big and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Location was great too. Super close to all the stores and restaurants. The communication with them was great too, they responded super fast when I had questions about leaving my luggage on my last day. Definitely recommend. "Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient. Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "
