10/10 Excellent

"Prime location just off the highway in Revelstoke. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very quiet and really enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the motorcycle!"

"Our stay was okay, but I felt we were not informed on most of the facilities and what was available to us and our children. (Perhaps because we booked through a third party?) Our suite was clean and the beds were comfortable, though the lodge is very dated. The kitchenette was just very basic and the supplies were minimal. Bring everything you need and it will work fine. I did appreciate the clean linens and towels and adult robes for the pools. The kids had fun, but I'd probably not book again for the price paid. The scenery is superb."

"They charged me for an “upgrade” which had a kitchenette and in the better building closer to the gym and pool. The room smelt muggy and stale and there were holes in the walls and the ottoman had tears in the fabric. There was hair on the ceiling of the washroom and filth on the couch. It was quite alarming I didnt even want to take off my shoes. There was no room change as it was late perhaps but I was alarmed at the state of the place and the photos I saw online were not like what I expected and received as a room. Gross."

"While the room was adequate, but it seemed that it hadn't been deep cleaned after painting/ decorating. (Large tub of filler still in the cupboard.) Dust behind the tv and on the table lamps. No Instructions on where to take the rubbish, (happened to bump into a cleaner who told us where the bins were. ) We were not told that the restaurant, shop ect were closed, and that building works were taking place during our visit. Only blinds at the windows which didn't keep the room dark. Could have done with black-out curtains. I'm sure the hotel is fine during winter skiing times and in the hight of summer, but not between times."
