"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Baker Hotel in Cranbrook and unfortunately would not return. When we checked in late, the front desk manager was very kind and specifically granted us a late checkout of 1:00 p.m. Because of that arrangement, we planned our morning accordingly.
