"Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Nächte dort und schon bei der Ankommen im Hotel hatte man eine angenehme Atmosphäre Zu den Zimmer muss man echt sagen das alles sauber und Ordentlich war man hat sich echt wohl gefühlt Zu den Personal kann man nur Top sagen alle sind so freundlich und Energisch auf Ihren Arbeitsplatz man sieht es Ihnen an das es auch Ihn Spaß macht Ganz besonders positiv war Mariana sie war so Freundlich bei unsere Ansreise & hat und sehr geholfen bei unseren Check In Kommen...

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"Our room itself and the attached private bathroom was ok, though it was on the third floor without an elevator. What we didn't like is that there wasn't anybody around to check you in and to keep an eye on the property; at the same time the front and back door are unlocked 24/7. Some long-term tennants left empty beer bottles sitting around and the astro-turf for a yard was just awkward."
