"The hotel was conveniently located by the metro but within walking distance of the old town and shops. There’s a grocery store right down the street along with a pharmacy. There’s room was clean, though the bed was simply a think mattress topper that wasn’t very comfortable with just 2 pillows. The main negative with the hotel was the AC system that did not work properly. They seemed to be working on it, but we were also told that the AC fluctuates with the outside temperature. We stayed 4 hot nights in that room, which did impact our time there as this made us uncomfortable."

"It's a nice place to stage from. Nice breakfast. But.. The one issue I must comment about: The room air conditioning was not operating as one would expect; and the TV remote needed batteries. After calling the desk, nothing happened. The next day I carried the remote to the front desk to log my complaint in person. The attendant seemed surprised (to her credit) and quickly called maintenance. A service person showed up a while later and put batteries in the remote, and used his IR thermometer to check the AC. It was outputting 72 deg F (in max cooling). He said he would go check the control system. Again - crickets. Next day, called again. This time they stated that the AC was as good as it gets. This is supposed to be a Five Star hotel. Not sure where that came from. But it's not. Just for comparison, we stayed at the Airport Hotel Okęcie for one night. EXCELLENT hotel. There's just not much around there."
