Quaint and Cozy

This quaint hotel in the middle of Stein, is what we all think of the charming, cozy, German Inn. The woodwork is beautiful, the food is high quality, the beer is good, and the staff is helpful (speaks English), and are vey welcoming. It is in the middle of town, just a few short steps to a bakery and a number of other shops. Right behind the hotel and up the hill a few blocks is a 650-year old church that is meticulously cared for. Overall, I loved this place and will be coming back to stay here next summer.

Tolle Hotel mit schönen Biergarten

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral an der Autobahn A8 gelegen. Es ist mit einem sehr schönen Biergarten ausgestattet. Der ältere Teil des Hotels hat noch alte Badezimmer. Es besteht aus einer Kunststoffzelle und passt nicht zum rest des Hotels.

Typical rustic German guesthouse.

Typical German guesthouse with an excellent breakfast. Nice clean facility with helpful staff. The restaurant serves a good meal. Would not think twice about staying here again.

I stayed 1night. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was worth it. You can't expect much for this price, but it was clean, nice environment, quiet etc. I would recommend it if you need one or two nights to stay somewhere.

Gutes Hotel mit Familienatmosphäre. Personal sehr freudlich - Abendessen perfekt mit netten Service. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich - sind aber doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr persöhnliches hotel in ländlicher lage. Zimmer sind adequat mit viel holz. Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig und wenn man nicht ortskundig ist, klärt man dies besser im voraus.

Prima hotel.Rustig en zeer proper.Gezellig ingericht.Comfortabele badkamer en verzorgd ontbijtbuffet.Lekkere keuken.Een aanrader!!

Furchtbare weiche Matratze,

in dem Einzelzimmer und auch in einen Doppelzimmer das mir als Alternative angeboten wurde, waren die Matratze eine Zumutung. Eine leiche Besserung war ein Holzbrett, zwischen Matraze und Lattenrost. Und das Wlan hat mich an Zeiten als man mit ein Modem am Telefonleitung ins Internet ging. Und wenn sich teilweise die Tapette löst ...... LANDGASTHOF !! Nein, nicht wieder.
