"What a find! A great hotel just opposite the main train station- convenient for getting to / from the airport, using tramlines - and visiting the Lindt Chocolate experience. Our room was ready before official check-in time - and check in was seamless. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially Shannon. Room was very modern and spacious and we were lucky to be situated just opposite a kitchenette where tea and coffee were available all day. The hotel also has its own cinema - movies in English every evening. We ate in the restaurant that night - food and staff were amazing as was the service in the bar ! Hotel is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and the old town. Highly recommended - couldn't fault anything. Would gladly stay there again."

It was a bit of a walk to the old town. and the lake. Maybe 25 minutes. We did not do the breakfast at the hotel since we felt it was overpriced. I believe it was a small buffet."

"The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday. It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich. The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok. Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day Elevator is tiny which is the case all over Switzerland I have found. I would gladly stay here again."

"My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience. I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment. These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards. Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it"
