"This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. "Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm."
