"建物が老朽化していて、照明が暗い"

"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However we were surprised at the extra charges for two futons for our children at ¥3000 a piece as well as the ¥3000 late arrival fee, which made it much more expensive than we originally thought. Also, we would have liked to have booked one of the other rooms via Expedia, but it said that none were available on our date however, upon arrival, we were the only guest there so he...

"The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "

"長女と次男との3人旅🚗 チェックインもスムーズにでき、ウェルカムドリンクも飲み放題、部屋も綺麗で子どもたちも大喜び😆 夕食はバイキングでお造りやお寿司🍣、蒸籠蒸し、サーロインステーキ🥩、ラーメン🍜や唐揚げ🍗など沢山の種類がラインナップされていて、デザートもカキ氷🍧、ハーゲンダッツのアイスクリーム🍨、綿あめなどなど、思う存分食事出来ました👍 温泉♨️に入って身体を癒した後は、翌日の朝食時間が9:00からしか空いてなかったため、ゆっくり漫画コーナーで日が替わるまで過ごしました📕（卓球🏓は既に予約者が多くて断念、カラオケ🎤やゲームコーナーも今回は無しで）そうそう、湯上がりラウンジやプレミアムラウンジではアルコール🍺🍷を含むフリードリンクも堪能しました。 翌朝には、子どもたちの起床前に温泉♨️へ。 起床後には朝食バイキングにてのっけ丼やトースト🍞などまたまた沢山の種類の中から食事を楽しめました。 そしてセルフチェックアウトにて、次の旅の目的地へ出発🚗 プールもありましたが、今回は時間的に利用出来なかったため、また利用したいホテルでした。"
