"Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads more smoothly and professionally: Revised version: The Grand Kruger Lodge delivered a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, thanks largely to its exceptional staff who truly understand how to take care of their guests. The lodge is intimate and cosy yet still offers plenty of privacy with excellent outdoor amenity spaces. The owner is warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay.
