The staff were very attentive and friendly, we were also able to print all of our documents at reception for the flight home (including all COVID-19 documents!) which was super handy. "Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania."

"The appartment was quite OK, but the bathroom really needs renovation. The shower space very small and the curtain doesn't help - the water always goes on the floor. However, we had a nice balcony with a nice view to the sea and the swimming pool. "

"I’d say this is a very quiet hotel. On the first night the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room which made it very difficult to sleep. They fixed the issue immediately. I did notice that the cleaners didn’t change the bed sheets and they didn’t give me clean towels on my first night. I didn’t spend that much time in the area but it seemed safe. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The pool doesn’t open until around 9.30 and closes at 6pm and the bar was only open 9-11pm"

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "
