"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff. With two-three exceptions, everyone else were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Even to those idiots that did not deserve it. Their attitude really compensates for the small drawbacks of the soft mattresses, enormous pillows, and lack of TV channels - in our room only German and Turkish channels were functional. "This was a very good family resort ideal for those with young children. I would suggest particularly so for kids up to the age of 10. There are lots of activities to keep the children engaged.
