They attempted to overcharge me when I checked in. They knew I was arriving late (1am) but kept me messing around for 30 minutes at check in. There were noisy guests in the rooms on the same floor standing outside on the landing. The bed was terrible and the place was dirty and tatty. There was no top sheet on the bed and just a dirty blanket.
The entire hotel shakes when vehicles move on roads....hotel room is full of mosquitoes...the linens are so dirty...and the owner above all this is very rude

All hotels in the vicinity faces minor shakings due to vibrations of heavy vehicles.
AC rooms should not have any mosquitoes.
Should have asked for fresh linens.
Also your time extension of 4hrs after scheduled checkout time was rejected as due to non availability of rooms
This is a home converted to hotel. Room is small, Staff sometimes makes noise outside in middle of night. It is okay by Indian standard of noise. Outside the hotel, area seems poor. Hotel needs to use white towels, so cleanliness can be easily checked. But for the price, it is what you get; just OK to pass the night.

Nothing bad bad bad never spending so much for a price of dabba room only no towel no ac full of mosquitoes and bed bugs absolutely nightmare

Hope you have booked the so called dabba room , seeing your pockets . The room haven't become small automatically after booking.
for resisting mosquitoes, which is normal , should have asked for a Mosquito repellant / net
The room facilities are already available, where you should have asked for those, during your stay.
No one actually asked you to keep mum and bear the problems.
No good service. Hot water problem, service response and responsibilities are not there. That may be due to reason that the they told me the Hotel was started six months ago.
